I was referred to an endocrinologist and an OBGYN by my PCP, and I was having a really hard time finding an office that either would answer the phone so I can make an appointment, and would have something sooner rather than a month or longer out. Allara allows better accessibility for patients like me who need care that a regular office wouldn’t.

Emily has been wonderful to work with. She provides honest and helpful feedback on approaches to my nutrition as I take on new medication and supplements for my hormone health. She provides solutions and is very helpful as I have been on this journey of health.

I logged into my scheduled appointment on time, remained in the provided Zoom for 22 minutes, and no provider appeared. I called Allara immediately afterward. Their representative told me the problem was technical and told me I would not be charged. Allara subsequently continued sending me notices saying I was a no-show and threatening a $100 fee. I decided not to pursue care with them because I no longer trusted their administrative and billing practices.

My experience was great! I finally felt heard about my health. They took the time to ask follow up questions and not just rush me to end the appointment and move on.
