Honestly, this is the best step I ever made in my health journey. My providers are absolutely wonderful and I actually look forward to seeing and talking to them. PCOS is a tough every day struggle but, the progress I've made with Allara has been a dream come true. I never thought I'd be where I am today on my health journey and I'm so happy I chose Allara to help me. I highly recommend! The only down side I've ever had is the wait time on replies can take up to a few days but, other than that it's been an extremely positive experience.

I really enjoyed my conversation with Angela. I appreciated that she spent time learning about my habits, goals, and lifestyle. I felt Angela was providing nutritional advice to help some of my symptoms and concerns as well as help me get back to feeling confident in my own skin again.

Ive gone to doctor after doctor since I was a child and at 32 years old this is the first time I've ever felt heard and listened to. Most doctors ive seen just say oh your depressed ect ect and even though ive told them no im not theres something physical causing my extreme exhaustion no one ever listened and finally I feel someone is running the right test and doing the right things needed to be done to figure it out. Im hopeful for the first time that I wont sleep my life away.

Both Lindsay Hansen (WHNP), and Andrea Denney-Reyes (Dietitian) were fantastic on my initial visits with them. Very informative, listened well to my concerns, and were very pleasant to talk to. I am looking forward to my wellness journey with them!

UNETHICAL PRACTICES. A customer representative told me services would be covered by my insurance. I had a consultation and was just about to get all the ordered lab work done when I received a bill for $125. Despite showing the company screenshots of the conversation with the employee they did me the "favor" of reducing it to $50 and charged my card without my consent. They are lying thieves. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Allara Health is a excellent option to begin diving further into health concerns, especially if they are hormone related! Too often it has been difficult for me to find a provider who will run extensive testing, rather than the standard 5-10 labs run at a physical - when I know I have something more going on below the surface. My concerns felt heard and I felt like a mattered - which hasn't often been the case with my other health-care experiences! If you're on the fence about trying Allara - don't think about it anymore - give it a shot! Hopefully you will be just as pleasantly surprised as I have been.

Morgan has been absolutely amazing. She truly cares about the person she is working with and their health as a whole. Even when I wanted to change how I was eating on her plan she was willing to work with me to make sure I do it right and still keep my blood sugar under control!! I truly appreciate her help in getting my life back!!!!
