Allara read me the wrong blood test results. Told me I had health conditions that I don’t. I’m the one who caught the error. This is a huge HiPAA violation among other things. And to top it all off — they are refusing to refund me. Horrible service. You may see that Allara is blaming the lab — a lab I never went to. Their relationship and protocols are to blame. They’ve offered me a “free follow up visit” but are not compensating me for the visit I paid for where I listened to someone else’s results, or the associated pain/suffering.

I love the way everything is explained. Its so refreshing to have professionals that dont talk down to you or tell you its all in your head. Honestly the best choice I have ever made

I commented on an instagram post and was blocked. Allara will charge you for your visit without notifying you and will take your money without any notice. They will allow you to do your medical visits, saying your insurance was accepted, and then they will send you a bill and auto charge you in 3 days, even if you contact them to set up a payment plan. Be aware that once they have your credit card information they will use it without your consent. This is the second time I have been charged out of the blue and now have to file disputes against Allara health. Would not recommend using at all. Seek a private doctor instead.

I was incredibly pleased with my experience so far! Allara has been prompt, stayed on top of my care, and gone far and above what my normal GP has done for me.

This platform is truly a gift. It's a gift to the 10-year-younger version of me that had to navigate being oligovulatory, bleeding hemorrhages, a year-long period, hair and skin complications, weight gain and fatigue I couldn't exercise my way out of and mood lows that had me convinced it was all my fault. These women are punctual, firm, kind, evidence-based, and they listen to you. Erin stepped into my dietary care as I was reeling between issues. Her guidance has helped me establish routine ♡
