It was great to speak with a provider who specializes in women’s health and stays up to date with the latest research. Dr. Hansen explained things clearly from an evidence-based, women’s health perspective and provided insights that went beyond the usual conventional approach.

Ashley was kind and respectful of things that I have been through and where I am on my health journey. She listened to me and helped me to set goals that are beneficial but easy to attain a little bit at a time. She helped me navigate through the process and showed me where things like recipes were on the app to help me be successful.

The doctors were great, but their insurance verification is unreliable. I was told that I was in network for multiple visits, then was later told that I wasn't and now owe hundreds of dollars. I also had issues canceling appointments in the app, and called to cancel (with adequate notice). I was charged for these visits as if I had no-showed.

To clarify - you were not charged any no show fees on our end and in general, no showed visits are given 24 hours to reschedule to avoid any charges. Georgina listens so well to me. She is so sincere and kind. She takes the time to hear my concerns and what is happening in my life. She helps me adapt to what is happening with the stresses of work and really looks at the overall picture, which I'm very grateful for. She has helped me work on managing my stress and achieving better sleep, which has lead to better overall health. This I believe has really lead to increased weight loss but seeing consistency in achieving our goals and seeing improvement in my labs for an overall improvement in my health. I'm so grateful for her detail to attention and willingness to listen and cooperative nature.
