Product arrived on scheduled time. Yes boxes are heavy and 2 people need to move them. I called company for assembly. Two guys in 30 minutes was done. Everything looks perfect.Workmanship is great.Everyone who sees and sits on this couch wants to have that. I also plan to order two more one person recliners .

I would have gave five stars but I was a little disappointed and the foot rest just too short for my size but firm and good for your back

The couch is excellent and was delivered quickly and right into the home. You should take a little better care of the delivery people though. One man brought in all the boxes by himself! Also, I would love to know about couch covers.

Good response from support team. However disappointed they did not have footrest motors available. The one on the chair received only lasted one week

The recliner is a beautiful, contemporary piece that holds its own in the looks department for what a living room should have, and look like. If you are taller than 5'-10", this is NOT for you.

Recliner was defective!!! Had to bend the base bottom bracket to slip the top into place using vise grips. Tried to return for a full refund and company refused. Back does not rest fully upright so your back will be titled back all the time. Not good position for lumbar support while watching tv. Ottomon expands out mid calf not supporting feet. Customer service does care no support you are on your own. Would not offer to fix chair or take back even with state consumer protection agency involved. Don't buy from this company. In general don't buy furniture site unseen go to a showroom to be satisfied. Never again. Delivery poor uses FedEx. Dumped 25 feet from the front door. Not on the porch. Had to roll the box into the house. Who has to do that???? Driver nasty. Yes we reported the incident to FedEx and Aliving, no response. Just a horrible overall experience. Chair quality more importantly design very poor. Stuck with a chair that only a 5"3' person can use. I am 5"6'.

We put the couch together and the pieces do not fit well together. It doesn’t look like a couch it looks like 3 separate pieces and is so off that you could not even lay on it. Customer service said it cannot be returned because we did not keep the original packaging! I would not recommend this to anyone. It looks nothing like the pictures online. It looks cheap and is very uncomfortable.
