Small hiccup of delivery of the initial package (led to a month delay), but customer service not only responded quickly, but offered additional services free of cost. Starting week 1 today but extremely happy with everything thus far especially considering their cost compared to their competitors

I'm very happy with my aligners (week 1). Alignerco did everything they say they will do. I am using nighttime-only aligners, so I'm being patient. Ask me in 6 months. A few hints to get you going: - set aside a quiet time to do the teeth molds. The gloves made it difficult to combine the putty. It was much easier without the gloves. - keep mouth piece throughout the process (a video of making teeth molds with timing to follow along would have been helpful). So far it all worked out, just needed some clarifications along the way. Very responsive.

The Aligner is awesome and the customer service is very helpful . Cheaper than regular braces and nicer to look at . If you need it you should give it a try!!

Customer service has been so responsive and helpful! The 3D imaging from orthodontists was impressive. Just started my journey and the retainers fit great—my husband didn’t even know I was wearing them. I found out the hard way that BlueCross doesn’t cover a competitor with a much higher price. So happy I went this way!

The customer service is top notch! The communication is great with Ele (the rep) between our emails back and forth. Fast response and very courteous with any questions or concerns I have regarding the aligners. I like how everything was FedEx with tracking number so I can keep track of where my aligners are. I was a little hesitant to go with this company since it's new but the price can't be beat.
