I would like to thank Alignerco and, in particular, Ele for providing excellent customer service for what has been a challenging account; I had to re-do my impressions, they got lost at the Post Office, I lost the cheek retractor, I moved - I did not make it easy for them but Ele was thorough, persistent, organized, patient, and hospitable throughout. I'm now in my first stage of wearing the liners and I'm excited for my new smile which is only a few weeks away. Thanks to Ele and the whole Alignerco team!

Well I tried to use this company. At first I did not get any response from them at all after I paid in full. Then I finally did get someone to start talking to me who was not named Ellie. When I got the treatment plan it was significantly less results than treatment plans I had been offered from other companies that I had tried first because they were more expensive I was trying this company. The final thing was this company told me that the night time plan would not give me the same results as the daytime plan. I consulted three other companies and they all said you will get the same result with both plans just one takes longer. Every time I ask questions even though the company said they are working with dentists in my state it would take days to get back to me why is that? I could never get a person on the phone I always had to get a call back from the one person talking to me. I wanted to work with them but in the end they gave me my money back in full without saying anything other than they couldn't give me a treatment plan that would make me happy. That had nothing to do with my experience period I was asking questions as to why their treatment plan looks so much worse than other companies plan for my mouth and why they were the only company that said their nighttime plan would he give me even less results than the full day plan.they also said they were sending out my aligners and asked me to give a full review holding the box and smiling before I even started the plan and I started to wonder if any of the positive reviews for this company were real or if they were staged. I don't know if I've ever written a bad review but this was a An outrageous experience. If you work with them I hope you ask a lot of questions and keep your guard up

AlignerCo is a really great, more affordable aligners option than most of what's out there. I've just begun the use of my aligners, and so, can't speak to the end results but so far I've enjoyed the process. My smile specialist, Ele, has been so helpful every step of the way and answered every question I had (there have been many). The one issue I've had with this process is that it took me more than 5 tries to get usable lower and upper arch impressions for them to make aligners from - I wish AlignerCo had set me up with a video call with a doctor who could help instruct me on how to do it properly in the beginning. Instead, I had tried multiple times on my own, continuously sending photos to Ele for review, and eventually had to pay another $25 for them to send me more molding putty. Overall, my experience so far has been really good but the issue of getting workable molds delayed my entire process.

Rocky start with my relationship AlignerCo, they lost my impressions & I had to reach out to get an update instead of them reaching out to me. In the end they had to convince me to keep my business with them, offered some perks if stayed, which I did. But with that all being said as soon as we got things back on track & I received my aligners, I have 0 complaints. Truly a great product started to see improvements right away. Can’t wait to see the final product.

I've liked the timeliness of me getting my aligners. The fit was perfect on my first set and the process has gon smoothly.
