The customer service has been excellent. They are very responsive. We had a difficult time getting correct impressions and I ended up having a local Ortho assistant help us. Our aligners arrived last week, earlier than anticipated and we are now in step 1. We sent pictures and they made sure the Aligners fit correctly. We are impressed and teeth are already moving. We received all 20 Aligners in the same box and we move up a step every 2 weeks. It has been a smooth process for a great price.

Customer service is great, they helps you every step of the way. The price is amazing compared to other companies and I'll recommend to any and everyone.

This is a great company! Very responsive and understanding. When I messed up my first impressions, they quickly sent me out another impression kit and within a short few weeks I had my aligners in the mail. My experience with Alignerco has been wonderful so far!! Communication throughout the entire process of doing my molds and sending them in was very thorough, and it made the process super easy! My invisible aligners arrived quickly, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand! The aligners themselves are great quality, and you can hardly tell I have them in! I can't wait to see the end results!

Just hit my 2nd week of wearing the night only retainers. So far everything has been excellent. My rep “Ele” is super responsive and answers my questions quickly and has been very helpful and personable. (Many things that make a great customer service rep!) I can’t speak for how well they are working because it’s too early for that. But they are comfortable and easy to wear. The lead time from signing up to getting your Aligners is not real fast but I would rather have a good product and I know that takes time. So if you are planning to try these don’t be impatient. It is worth waiting for good quality.
