So excited to get started with Alignerco! The impressions were quick and easy. I’m wearing my starter set now and looking forward to the treatment sets to arrive.

Alignerco is great! No hustle and me being so patient is not a problem. I love every step of my aligner it just made me assure I can have my teeth straighten sooner and thanks to Alignerco team. I trust thier brand and they very nice to assist clients.

We are in the second step, but so far we are pleased with what the product is showing. The costumer service we have received is excellent and responsive. Over all we are pleased with everything!!

The Alignerco experience has been super! I was able to be in constant communication with my own personal case manager throughout the process. At no point did I ever feel like I had a question go unanswered and the results speak for themselves.

The aligners took a lot longer then expected but when they came they were great, and the instructions were very clear and helpful.

Have been needing to correct my overjet for a very long time..SO GLAD I FOUND ALIGNERCO! The customer service is absolutely wonderful!! THANK YOU ALIGNERCO!!

I wanted so bad to be able to give this company 5 stars. Ely, if thats a real person, will write a polite positive email. Then after a quick response from me I wait and wait for there reply ( very slow responders) as this started last year ! I went to use this company months later after we sent pics. when we finally get the video of what to expect . BTW ,My wife whom this is for ...Has almost a perfect 10 on her top teeth. Bottom has a single tooth that lean inward and she wanted to get corrected and line up smile line ( the middle line to match upper. The video looks like that tooth goes slightly more forward and thats it ! I said did the video get cut off ? To which when I got someone to look at it with me they agreed then talked to there orthodontist said needed IPR . Thats where they take a file or filing wheel and file in this case a half millimeter between two teeth to make room to come forward. I called multiple dentist who said they cannot do as its a liability especially when there are other approaches to which after a bit of research I found that other aligner companies that state right on their web site "NO IPR required with there aligners" . With pic's and one looked like my wife exact lower situation . Sure it will take a few extra trays and I guess the know how. But I just wasted a lot of time with this sub par limited aligner company . I showed them there competitors web site showing how they are most likley exploiting there weaknesses but they said they are not going to discuss anything except IPR . We wasted 4 months:(

I appreciated the communication, friendly reminders and kind customer service! I had a very hard time understanding the initial impression instructions though.
