So far, my experience with aligner co has been great. Whenever I’ve had questions, they answer them within 24-48 hours, and the process has been smooth. It does take a few weeks before you get your aligners because they have to custom make them, but it’s worth it!

I wanted to align my front teeth but cannot afford a thorough orthodontic treatment. I decided to try AlignerCo. Unlike some other reviewers here, I always received a quick reply to my emails (12 to 24 hours). The communication may be outsourced overseas because the replies are pretty robotic, but I always received responses to my questions. The plan doesn't move my molars so I don't expect it to mess up my bite, but I will update later with a review once I've completed my treatment. The process took some time, about 4 months from my initial payment to receiving my aligners. But it's so cheap I didn't mind it. I think there is a market for AlignerCo and this company is certainly not for everyone. But if you can't afford its competitors it's definitely worth to give them a try. I like that the treatment is longer than its competitors (9 months with AlignerCo vs 4 months with other brands). I received 19 sets of aligners, and I feel like they aren't trying to cut corners or save money. Oh and I am in Canada so I guess this review would be specifically for AlignerCo Canada.

I /*want*/ to like AlignerCo. Things started out well — I was shipped my impression kit very quickly and my welcome emails arrived early as well. I was given good initial guidance on my trial impression, but from there, several people or the same people (working behind the well known Ele cited in these reviews) just stopped paying much attention to me and my emails. I sent in multiple pictures of my second try at impressions in, plus several questions in text form, and they sat without a response for several days, so I sent an email to check in on things since previously we had been tagging back and forth at the pace of around a day between messages. I get some automated sounding response from Ele, not acknowledging my previous message. I respond to that message, and again, I get a response that’s not addressing the issues — Ele seems to not want to respond to my questions or not have the English capabilities to do so perhaps. I’m hoping things turn around soon — like I said, I /*want*/ to like AlignerCo. But they need customer service agents who can respond with more than copy + paste drivel to detailed questions. It feels disrespectful and like my concerns aren’t being heard. We’ll see!

This is an update to the review I wrote two weeks ago. After i submitted my review, a team leader by the name of James contacted me and said he would fix the problem. He apologized and had my first set of liners sent out right away. Feeling a little better at that time that things were starting to get underway. He also said that he would send me a free teeth whiting kit out along with my next set of liners. Guess what? I NEVER received my second tray of liners. I should have started them yesterday. When i spoke to James today he stated that they have not yet been mad. How in the hell am i supposed to see progress walking around with the same trays. The communication is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! All i want is my money back so i can go with another company who actually values their clients, have good communication, and actually care.

So far so am very pleased! From purchase, to getting started, making molds to receiving the aligners, I have been helped every step of the way! I can’t wait to see the final product!! Thanks so much Alignerco and Ele!

Waste of 1 year and $1k. They don’t give you full previews of teeth. I had a huge gap between my teeth at THE END that I NEVER had before. Company will not correct the problems. I had minor crowing but ended with janky crooked teeth. It’s been the worst experience of my life. Please avoid. 100% made my teeth worse at the end of the process. Spend an extra $500 on the competitor.

I considered a several different aligner companies, and so far I have no regrets about choosing Alignerco. Everything has come exactly when they said it would, and their communication has been fantastic. I received all my aligners and am excited to start the process.
