Forty years ago I wore wire braces to adjust my teeth. The experience was painful and humbling. Now 60, my teeth had shifted and I want to fix them. I chose Alignerco based on cost and positive reviews. The experience has been excellent so far, and virtually pain-free. I wear the aligners at night. The high-quality aligners are SO much more comfortable than wired braces. So far I've completed 2 of my 21 steps, and I'm eager to see the final results! Highly recommended!

What ever you do, do not pay in full in advance. I have had issues getting my aligners [ORDER #49613]( trays the sent were too small, my impressions were not correct both times I took them) and I finally got fed up. I asked for my money back minus the cost of their kit. Customer service was unhelpful and rude. So unless you want to pay for a service that is never given to you…I suggest using someone else. Also, based on the response you can see below....they lie and I added my order number to this review. I would give them a negative rating if I could. One update that i have, since I posted this review here and filed a claim BBB, I was finally refunded a portion of what I paid for the service they did not provide. This company is nothing but headaches.

Not knowing what to expect, I was very pleasantly surprised on the effectiveness, and working with Alignerco. I found them very responsive, pleasant to work with, and absolutely great service. The aligners are very clear, quality and fit great. I had no issues, and not hesitant to recommend it to my family and friends.

I had a lot of problems making my impressions and the Alignerco team was very kind and quick about sending me new impression material and setting up video chats so they could walk me through making my impressions. My aligners fit perfectly and overall I’m very happy. The Alignerco team is professional and they respond fairly quickly. Only had good experiences with them.

I have had a great experience so far. I am on my retainers and still feel some pressure. Near the end my teeth moved a little slower than in the beginning so I would leave them on a little longer if I felt I had to. I can't wait for the final result after the retainers. I have had zero issues with customer service or the aligners. I would suggest getting additional retainers. I didn't and I'm terrified I have the chance of losing my retainers. Getting g a second pair would have saved alot of anxiety. All my aligners fit well along my gums. I also suggest getting the chewies, they'll help with stubborn teeth movement. I didn't think it was possible my teeth can become straight with aligners but the outcome was amazing!

So far, so good! I am still waiting on my trays to be delivered (they are currently in process). However, I just wanted to share how quick everything has worked out thus far. Communication has been on point from letting me know when they mailed my impression kit, when they received it back and they worked quick to get my smile projection to me. All of my questions have been answered in less than 24 hours time and every time I need an immediate answer, Ele is always super helpful whenever I hop onto the website chat!

The customer service is great and the product is safe and you can see the results!
