Very Helpful on the chat

After doing much research on the best pair of invisable aligners for me, I decided to go with AlignerCo. Since making that decision, I have had an amazing experience. Ele has answered all of my questions, I received both the impressions kit and my aligners within 2 months of my payment, and the aligners fit great! I am on Step 1 now, but I have no doubt that the remaining steps will straighten my teeth perfectly and leave me with a dazzling smile. Thank you, AlignerCo!

xcellent customer service I had braces in the past and my teeth have shifted a bit over the course of time . I didn’t want to go for traditional braces at this time . After searching on the internet , I found about alignerco All of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed on a chat forum and later Sam helped to start my smile Journey. He gave me a very good deal and explained All the steps so that I would have a better understanding. It was simple and helped me make a decision . I can’t wait to get my smile back an I’m very pleased with my decision

I was initially happy with the price and timeline of Alignerco but now that I have been through the process, I am disappointed. My retainer which was supposed to last for the rest of my life broke on the third week of wearing it. I had to purchase a new one for $200 which is the same as the first one and not a more durable material. I believe it will probably break again in the future because it's not made of high quality material. I was happy with the speed that the program worked but not satisfied with the customer service. I had to wait 5 weeks to get my replacement retainer shipped, it was not the same as my original retainer, and my teeth have now moved so that they are misaligned again. Overall, would not recommend this company. The correspondence was also difficult and seemed to possibly be automated as opposed to people responding.

Helpful suggestions, and excellent customer service. I had trouble getting the right price on the website and Ele expedited the process. Very happy and looking foward to a new smile. Thanks again! Only thing was the website kept processing my order wrong, either it was malfunctioning or it could be more user friendly. Still very happy with the chat box option!
