Quick and effective ordering procedure and helpful team!

I waited until I was finished with my entire treatment to write an honest review (so about a year later). I chose alignerco because they were the most affordable option and seemed professional. Also I couldn't justify spending $1000+ as is the cost for most other companies. I received my kit very fast and started my impressions. I thought the impressions would be super easy, but after sending photos, I was told I was dragging my teeth on them. I ended up having to order more putty & smaller trays (an extra $20) and then did a video chat while trying to get the next impressions right. Basically I wasn't centering my teeth just right... So finally got good impressions, mailed them in, and a few weeks later received all my aligners. (Their website & packaging is probably not as fancy as more expensive competitors but I'm ok with saving money on that). I started moving through my aligners every two weeks. (There are rubber tubes in the kit, which are supposed to be chewed down on for a minute every time you put your aligners in, they call these Chewies.) The first few days of wearing a set they were usually tight and there was a little space at the ends which my teeth didn't reach until further wear. I work from home so I wasn't too concerned about wearing these in public, but I would say they are slightly noticeable and I would take them off in when going out. Occasionally I was asked to wear a step a week longer because the gap was too big. And toward the end of my treatment the aligners weren't fitting as good. At this point my lower arch needs a small refinement, but I've contacted the company and they have said they will send me the material to get started on that. Overall my teeth are highly improved, I just have a little further to go. To sum it up, I think for the price I got good results and once I let them know of the issue with my lower arch they were responsive to work with me and make it right.

My initial review is great! I got my treatment plan and was very satisfied. Once I approved the plan, my trays was made quickly. They actually was delivered earlier than planned. I'm on my first week and haven't had any soreness or discomfort. I did have to reach out to customer service a couple times for a few questions throughout the process and they was always quick with a response. So far, I couldn't be more happy with alignerco.

Affordable and effective aligners! Over the last couple of years, my bottom teeth shifted like crazy. I decided to try out Alignerco and my teeth were back to straight in less than a year! Very pleased.

So far my experience has been very easy. The Alignerco staff have been great to work with.

Initial review made when first receiving the aligners. Will update later as more process has been made. Easy to use. Shipped internationally. The impression kit and aligners both shipped fast. Since mailing back is only for US clients I did pay to ship the impessions back. As such the time my impressions were in transit was actually more than both packages that were shipped my way combined. Creation of smile projection took 4 days. (Was told 2-3 weeks) Fabrication on aligners took 23 days. (Was told 4-5 weeks). In total: time from placing order to 1st set of aligners on my teeth - 74 days (international shipping).

I shopped around for a while before I chose Alignerco for my at home invisible aligners. I waited and also was able to receive a discount that allowed me to choose the more expensive system that worked with wear overnight only. They currently have a good discount available for the holidays. The process was well explained from the beginning and I was Walked through the process of obtaining the molds needed. The kit was sent and because I have growths in my mouth called tori we had several communications and They didn't rush me; we did one mold at a time to make sure I would be a candidate. I was assigned a team and communication was very good. If the person wasn't able to answer the question, they were able to get me in touch with someone who was able to answer all my questions. The day came when I was given the projection of how my teeth would look during the whole process and after. It is really neat how they can show you the projection in all views. The frontal view looked great, Unfortunately because of my severe underbite that I had as a child returned, moving my teeth with aligners instead of actual braces will leave two small spaces between my second and third upper teeth. The only way to move my teeth without any spaces is to have regular braces. The team was patient with me and waited for me to discuss this with my dentist who said this wouldn't be a good option for me. To be true to their word, they agreed to refund me fully. The customer service has been great. I will admit I am very bummed this didn't work out for me as I am unable to afford regular braces and this was not only the most affordable system out there, but they had very good reviews and certainly lived up to them. I would recommend this system to anyone who needed braces. I would encourage anyone who like me had their teeth move back after 35 years; to not wait and do this but do the aligners as soon as they see them moving.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My teeth are only marginally better than before the treatment started. I have emailed them constantly about my results, and they want to charge me more money for them to be straight. What did I purchase then with my original aligners? They do have the best price available for any type of teeth straightening aligners, but the results are not good. Update: They are working with me to resolve my problem. Update 2: After completing the refinement process, my teeth are slightly straighter, however my bite is still way off. It is extremely uncomfortable to not be able to close your mouth. The customer service is also horrible. They refuse to talk to you over the phone and will only email you back and forth, so the replies come a day later. A 20 minute conversation ends up taking about a week plus of back and forth emailing. At this point, I just want a refund.
