I have just placed an order and have not received anything yet, however their service over chat answered all my (many) questions that I had. Can't wait to get my impression kit and get this process started!

My customer service experience was better then I expected. For one, I was on the site at 3 am and yet I still received prompt service! I have not started my treatment yet but I am looking forward to it based off of the service alone.

I used Aligner Co. recently and was really excited after I saw my expected results. I had some minor crowing in my front four teeth and a front tooth not fully aligned with the other. The results I got are nowhere close to the 3D model I received. My teeth are only slightly more aligned, still overlap in the areas I had pointed as my biggest concern, and overall aren’t much straighter than they were to start with. Also, communication is only by email and very slow. The responses I got seemed like a bot versus actual communications/feedback. When I had concerns that my teeth hadn’t shifted enough to move on to the next tray that I couldn’t get to fit flush, I was told to just start the next tray anyway. My retainer (that I started use of in December) is already wearing thin in spots where I have poor alignment and didn’t fit well from the start, making me feel like my teeth didn’t shift correctly even though I received an email every two weeks saying my progress is going well and according to plan. I really with I had just spent the extra money and tried a different company. UPDATE: I’ve followed up with the company and initially got a robo response irrelevant to my email and now have been waiting on an update since Febrauary 17th.

Good so far, very responsive team. Waiting to start treatment.

Ele was my customer support representative! She was very knowledgeable and helped me to give "Alignerco" a chance. Looking forward to my progress in correcting my smile! The price and payment plans are unbeatable! Highly recommend. They do care about their future customers!

Im only half way through the process but as for right now with the assistance of alignerco they believe my teeth are going in the right directions. So thankyouu for this

I am a new member to AlignerCo and I am so excited to start my smile journey. Although I have not started to process of straightening my teeth, I have started my impressions and the support team has been amazing, very prompt and eager to help. I will be sure to update my review once I have started the straightening process! :)
