I am still in the new customer phase, but so far I am very impressed.. All of my questions were answered and and I felt very comfortable with my decision to choose AlignerCo. Sounds like they have a great product and I am excited to get started!

The only positive is that the diastema was closed… then the tray created another one. Tray 18 upper created a space that had been closed when I completed tray 17. I have sent emails at least twice asking for assistance and they are giving me the run around. Asking for a pic of the issue when I already sent a pic of the problem. All I want is to close the gap. I am still on the treatment for lower teeth and I can only hope that I am not left with spaces that I didn’t have before the treatment. The process was a painful one and to go through this and to have a new gap is a severe disappointment. Update 11-2-22 They said that the gap is a part of the treatment. I sent the screenshot of the treatment plan final image and there is no gap there. They also suggested that I pay $200 for refinements which I am refusing as the treatment plan and results are not in agreement. AVOID ALIGNERCO!!!! Update 16-2-22 This was their email to me: “Just to let you know that experts have evaluated your case and advised that the space in between the lateral incisor and canine was suggested in the setup however the space in between the central and lateral incisor can be closed using additional aligners is suggested which is very common in orthodontics. I would like to inform you that for the refinement treatment we charge $200. Kindly notify me so that I can forward your details to the accounts department to issue you an invoice.” I wish I could post pics of the treatment plan and the outcome. There was no space in the plan and now there is a space. Save your money, go to Invisalign instead.

The ordering process was super easy and simple. Ele helped me through the process via the virtual chat and made sure everything was correct. The payment plan through Affirm was also easy to get set up. I am looking forward to getting my impression kit and getting started!!

I have paid in full about 3 months ago-this is a very long process with impressions and going back and forth with the support team. I finally received my smile preview and when I asked to make some modifications they said that this is the best option and could not modify.

Chat offered me some help (Ele) and was able to clear up all the questions I had - ordered on the spot. Waiting for impression kit and will go from there. Read my reviews, compared places and for the minimal crowding I have I feel this is the best option. Thankful for the ease of ordering and clear explanations. A real conversation and not corporate blanket statements.

Ele was very quick and kind to chat with and was able to answer all of my questions. I just placed the order so I don’t have much experience to tell about so far but to know I can chat with a human immediately who is able to answer my questions directly and quickly is a big plus. Update 4March2022: I received the impression kit probably 4 days after I placed the order. After I took my first top impression and emailed in the photos it took about 5 days and a follow up inquiry (used the chat feature on their website to get their attention) to finally hear if my top impression was acceptable. I had to redo my top impression and send in photos and heard back within two days that they were acceptable. I was then able to proceed with taking my bottom impressions. I took photos and sent those in but after nine days and three follow up Inquiries I still haven’t received any response. Response time to review impression samples is definitely a time consuming process and an area where aligner co can improve.
