Very kind and helpful

The process to get replacement retainers has taken MONTHS. Not acceptable!

You get a video chat to teach you how to make the molds, the person answered, never spoke to me once realizing i was on the line they hung up. After i finally received the aligners they told me they made them wrong after i had been wearing them for a week or so and my teeth had already shifted. Once asking if i should continue to wear them they said up to you, as if i was the dentist. When i asked for a refund it took a few weeks to get a response but they would not give me back what i paid, they were going to charge a few hundred for the mold i used. It then took well over a month to receive the “corrected” set and my bite is off i can no longer smile, and when i sent a message complaining, no one responded. Most of my chats have gone un answered. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go to a reputable company.I have not finished treatment so i don’t know the outcome but every step so far has been awful.

My video session was really good today, i was explained about everything, looking forward to receiving my aligners now!!

Horrible customer service. Can not give straight answers, sends irrelevant information. Second set of aligners are almost 30 days late. Never would recommend

Pain to work with if you need support

They are legitimate and I trust in them. I had tried to do my impression alone but messed up few times, so I was given the opportunity to be guided by representatives through video call and made better impressions.

Stacy was an amazing and patient coach. She gave very clear instructions up front and tops every step of the way. She guided me steadily through multiple attempts when my impressions didn't turn out well and took me through to success. Thank you, Stacy!
