I needed to speak to customer services and chatted with Elle. Elle was extremely courteous and managed to provide the exact information I wanted, while keeping me updated at regular intervals. I was very surprised by how quickly and efficiently my query was handled.

Demorou uma eternidade a chegar, para além do valor que falam no site, esquecem se do valor do IVA que nos é pedido quando chega a primeira parte da encomenda. Estou no 11°alinhador e não fica encaixado na perfeição, mesmo usando os outros corretamente. Nunca tive acompanhamento após receber a encomenda para estes problemas.

Realice la compra el 07/9/25, recibi el Kit de impresion el 07/19/25 y las envie el 07/23/25, hoy 8/1/25 me confimaron que las recibieron, el 8/12/25 me enviaron el proyeccion 3D y al dia siguiente lo aprobe, y finalmente el 9/8/25 recibi mi primer juego de alineadores, la herramienta para sacarlos y un par de chewies, el 29/9 recibi Recibi las fedulas del 2 al 5 y el kit de blanqueamiento y el 11/11 Recibi todos los alineadores y un juego de retenedores, siempre el chat con Ele me resolvio todas las dudas hasta el momento, mantendre actualizado mi experiencia, por el momento muy agradecida. So far, everything has been excellent and super smooth; you just need to be patient. I made the purchase on 07/09/25, received the impression kit on 07/19/25, and sent it back on 07/23/25. Today, 08/01/25, they confirmed they received it. On 08/12/25, they sent me the 3D projection, which I approved the next day. Finally, on 09/08/25, I received my first set of aligners, the tool to remove them, and a pair of chewies. On 09/29, I received aligners 2 through 5 and the whitening kit, and on 11/11, I received all the aligners and a set of retainers. Today, 02/18, I requested my refinement. The chat with Ele has always resolved all my questions so far. I will keep my experience updated, and for now, I am very grateful

Great Service, Affordable Price, and Super Helpful Team We’ve had a great experience so far with Alignerco. The process was simple and fast — they sent the impression kit right away, and we were able to do a virtual session to help us through it, which made a big difference. The support we got during that step was amazing. Harry was the person we worked with, and he was so polite, patient, and informative. He really took the time to answer questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything. We’re just beginning the treatment, but the level of service and professionalism we’ve seen already is impressive. Plus, the price is very reasonable compared to other aligner companies. Definitely recommend!

Overall it was not a bad experience even though I am not continuing with AlignerCo, no fault to the company. Service has been good and I really have nothing negative to say only that the process to get a refund has taken a few months and counting. Definitely take your time and consult with a dentist before hand to make sure at home aligners are a best fit for you.
