Started off as a good price. Cost more in the end and terrible experience throughout. Would not recommend. Failed to achieve projected results 5x times. Force to pay for refinements multiple times. 4 years later I still have not achieved desired results.

HORRIBLE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought aligners out right over 5 MONTHS ago. still have not received them. I have been in contact with an “resolution specialist” if you should even call them that since they do NOTHING because the aligners will make a gap I DIDNT expect when I paid. I was suppose to be refunded 300$ almost a month ago and still have not seen it. When told to them was told to call my bank to confirm it wasn’t pending. Did and sent screen shots of the chat showing there is NO PENDING payment literally I got a response of “so can you confirm to send it to the account” when I have told them multiple times. They don’t care and just want money. I can’t tell you enough have TERRIBLE this company is when I paid HUNDREDS of dollars 5 MONTHS AGO !! I have ordered aligners from a different company years ago and it was FAST AND SIMPLE. DON’T ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT MONTHS AND BE OUT OF YOUR MONEY WHILE NO ONE CARES.

Ele has helped me several times throughout the beginning of my treatment process and has been extremely helpful.

My experience has been good so far with the taking of impressions and the video sessions everything has been in a timely order. I just hope I’ll be able to smile well after this.
