I have purchased two dresses from Alglist and had a great experience with both orders. My first order was in stock (Timeless dress), so it was shipped that same week. The quality of the dress was amazing. I got so many compliments on my dress. I am usually a size 12, and the Timeless dress fit me perfectly. For my second order, I ordered the Chandelier dress. Unfortunately, this dress did not fit me. It was a beautiful dress, but it was too tight on my bust & I could not zipper it. Prior to purchasing the dress, I contacted Alglist to ensure sizing. Long story short, I contacted Alglist to discuss the issues surrounding my order, and they worked with me to get the right sizing. They were very responsive and made me feel like I was valued as a customer. They ensured me that they would get the issue resolved ASAP, and they did. They did advise me that it would take 2-4 weeks to process, and I just received my order this week, which was 4 weeks. I will continue ordering from them for my events. The quality of the dresses are great. If you plan correctly and reach out to them for any questions, they will assist you. Their customer service has been great. Thank you!

So far they are absolutely ruining my birthday. They are taking forever to ship out anything to me and trying to communicate with them is annoying in itself because they take forever to respond. This has been the worst experience shopping with them and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else shop with them either. I would not recommend and it’s sad because I suggested this brand to some of my home girls because the outfits look beautiful but what’s the point if you’re never gonna get your item? I’m paying extra for a different item because the original item that I paid for isn’t going to come on time and now after paying extra for the different item that item still hasn’t even been shipped out yet. No refunds only store credit. It’s ridiculous at this point

If it wasn’t for the processing times being 2-4 weeks and me being so last minute , I would definitely order more. Last year I didn’t read the processing times so the dress wasn’t going to be ready for my birthday & since they have a no cancellation policy I was only able to switch it to something from the ready to ship collection which was still a beautiful dress. This year I made sure to order ahead and I absolutely love the dress! I hope they expand they’re ready to ship because I love everything and would love if I can get them faster. They would definitely make more money and a lot of girls are last minute so this would be something they should work on!
