The original dressed had rest to ship on the picture we ordered it just to be told it was a custom dress which take 6 weeks to ship which was going to make it after prom after going back and forth for 3 days in email only cause they don’t have a phone which is crazy to sell 1k dresses but don’t have a phone number they finally let me change the dress got the new dress just for a couple of diamonds to be falling off the dress differently will not shop or send nobody to buy from them

I rate this site 2 stars until I receive my daughter prom dress which I paid for and place order on march 6 2025 And. Still waiting on a shipping confirmation email or something so I’ll update once I receive the dress Also my daughter is famous for her tic ticks so we will post there as well Stay tuned in for dress results with this company alglist

Site by far has beautiful dresses and great quality however company has a very strict policy and terrible communication or no communication at all . If you’re going to order for a big event order atleast two months in advance processing takes weeks .. I’m very upset about my daughters homecoming dress I have emailed and reached out and still haven’t heard anything back I won’t order again just because of customer service and no refund or can’t cancel order policy

Dress was very beautiful and seemed to be good quality. Days before prom I went to try the dress on and noticed loose seems everywhere. Not only that the beads started to come off. Beautiful dress, came in 3days just not the best quality for the price you pay. Also I emailed them about the issue 4 days ago and no response.
