BUYER BEWARE!! The dress that I spent $190 for my daughter's prom doesn't even look anything like the picture featured online. I wound up having a health issue and didn't reach out to the company for 30 days to start a return and was told by the company t "For any damage/defects upon arrival, we ask that customers notify us within 48hours of delivery and that the item is returned to us within 3 business days. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 3 business days after approval will result in a denial for an exchange" UNACCEPTABLE Return policy-TOTAL SCAM-The dress is not worth $190

My dress, the Emma gown, is a size medium and it has good stretch. I’m even taking my gown to get the waist cinched. For reference, I’m 5’4, my weight fluctuates between 145-155, my hips are 39 inches, and I really don’t have any boobs. Like, I wear an AA cup. I ordered on February 28 and it came on March 3rd, but I wasn’t home at the time and I had to sign for it so I had to wait until the following Monday to pick it up from the post office. My prom isn’t until April 15th, but I ordered it ahead of time because I’m not about to stress over a dress again like I did last year. This one is ready to ship (not all dresses have this) so it’ll ship out the next day you order unless you order on a Friday. The dress is also a bit heavy at the bottom because of how it’s made, but it’s of really good quality. It’s not itchy on the inside either. The website won’t do it right, but my date of experience is March 6th because that’s when I picked up the dress from the post office!!

Tomorrow is my birthday and I was looking for a dress last minute. I wrote them to ask any questions I had and they responded. Once I placed my order I accidently forgot to click express shipping. I wrote them again and they respond and helped me get express shipping. I am a thicker woman And the dress fits. I’m so happy with my experience even when I ordered in short notice.

5 STARS FOR A 5 STAR BRAND! Ordered a pink sparkly dress for prom, came in like 3 days! Maybe not even that. I love it so much & it’s true to size. Don’t wait, go shop!!

I was trying to find out when a restock for a dress was and they never answered me. I messaged them on multiple platforms and left comments. Not only did they not answer me but they also deleted my comments.

I loved my dress!! It was exactly as it was pictured to be, the dress hugged my body in all the right places and paired with the perfect gloves it was a dream. The shipping was extremely fast defiantly ordering my birthday dress from Alglist next year!
