if it was up to me I wouldn’t give them not even one star ! I’m highly upset because I ordered my dress like a month in advance so my dress could be here on time for my pictures for my birthday and now a week later it still isn’t here ! i emailed him plenty of times and didn’t get a response, very unprofessional!

I bought my 21st birthday outfit from here “the essence” and when I received it in the mail I was in love. It took 3 weeks to come which is probably the only downfall but in the end, it was so worth it. I got so many compliments and the way the dress fit me, was perfect. If you are planning to purchase from this website, make sure you order ahead of time and read the processing times

I order my outfit aug 18 they said 2 to 3 weeks well my birthday was on September 14 so I knew for sure it was gonna come in time until my birthday was over and it still haven’t came I email them they said it was taking a while for them to make it so I waited another week they just refunded me my money back because it was gonna take a month for it to come so I had to order from a different website to hurry and look for a new outfit for my birthday before I order they had all good reviews I heard nothing but good thing until it took them 4 week probably was gonna be more then that just be carful I’m feelings was hurt

Let me start by saying I’ve been supporting you since day one! My friend put me on when they were still blowing up, and ever since then, I haven’t shopped elsewhere for my birthday outfits. They have so many beautiful, luxurious dresses that are pretty affordable for the great quality, and they're constantly coming out with that heat. Customer service is sometimes slow I figure it’s from them going viral, but processing time and shipping are usually accurate. I love you all so much and can’t wait for my birthday next year!

I love Alglist so much! Been supporting them since 2018. Ordered a couple of times and they have all been great pieces! Processing times can be 2-3 weeks for some items but definitely worth it! I have ordered the jade gown and it was so elegant and fit me like a glove! Another item that I absolutely loved was the immortality dress ugh a must have and was definitely worth the wait! Walk it out dress was a great dress as well! They have a ready to ship section which are ready to ship and with express you’ll have your items within 2 days! Customer service is great as well! Happy to see this brand grow more and more every year! They definitely deserve so much more! Thanks Alglist💖
