I ordered the plumeria mesh maxi dress which is covered in rhinestones. I wore the dress one time and at least 10 rhinestones fell off- and the glue is a bright blue color. That being said I have no intentions of wearing the dress again. I reached out to customer service hoping they’d try to make it right. They said nothing can be done 48 hrs past delivery. Who is going to inspect/wear/have issues with a dress in 48 hours? The policy along with customer service and quality will ensure I never buy from Alglist again.

CHEAP! I had glue all over my maxi dress that came with rhinestones. It’s very cheap looking. Not a good buy.

Jewels kept coming off of dress throughout event. I was really hoping that I wouldn’t have to worry about the jewels & pearls just being slapped on with hot glue since the dress is $230, but I guess I do have to worry about that. Overall extremely disappointed. & I can’t return the dress because I didn’t initiate return 48 hours after delivery & I have worn the dress. Very disappointed. Quality sucks.

Ordered my daughter’s prom dress April 7th, 2026 and never received it. I sent multiple messages and never got a response. 590 down the drain. I left multiple messages on every social media platform they have. I’ve also sent emails to where they aim you can contact them. And the fact you can’t call them is ridiculous. There are also multiple people who have yet to receive their dresses either. Alglist is out here taking peoples money.

my package never came on time

If we could go lower, we would. We paid over $900 for a gown that had already been worn. After trying ro send it back with no return address, we were finally able. Sent it back certified return receipt. 2 mths later still fighting to get our money back for a worn and torn gown they sold for new. We had a custom gown made on time.

Exchange not fulfilled. I ordered this dress and exchanged it after being told I could get it in a bigger size only for this company to relist my dress and never restock item. They made me pay to send it back and only offered store credit not covering shipping! -1000/10 experience

I completely understand final sale policies, but I wasn’t asking for a refund — just a reasonable exchange for the correct size. It’s disappointing when customer service shows no flexibility for a loyal customer trying to make things work. Experiences like this definitely make me think twice before ordering again.
