⭐️ 1 Star We ordered a **made-to-order prom dress (Vespera) in March**, and weeks later we still had **no update, no shipping date, and no communication at all**. What’s most concerning is that **they never reached out to us**. If I had not gone out of my way to track down an email address and follow up myself, we would still be completely in the dark. There is **no phone number to contact them**, which makes this even more frustrating. With prom right around the corner, we were eventually told there is a delay with **no confirmed completion date**. This is completely unacceptable for a time-sensitive order. This situation has been incredibly stressful—my granddaughter is now **nervous, upset, and in tears**, worried about whether she will have a dress in time for her **senior prom**, which is such an important milestone. Now we are forced to find a last-minute replacement. Buyers beware: do NOT rely on this company for important events unless the item is already in stock and ready to ship. We are currently seeking resolution and will update this review based on how this is handled.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. First, I paid $25 for shipping to receive the dress. When it arrived, it was too small, so I had to pay another $25 just to return it for an exchange. Then, I was charged an additional $25 shipping fee again for the replacement dress … only for the new dress to fit exactly the same as the first one. To make matters worse, there was no size tag on the replacement dress to even confirm the sizing. I explained the situation to customer service, but they would not offer to cover the return shipping or provide a refund. At this point, if I wanted to send it back again and receive another replacement, it would cost me an additional $50 out of pocket. Overall, I’ve spent more money on shipping and returns than expected, with no real resolution from the company. Very frustrating experience and disappointing customer service. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re unsure with sizing.

I just wanted to shout out your company. I ordered my daughter’s prom dress from your website and it was absolutely beautiful. She looks amazing for her prom last weekend. Excellent quality work and customer service is amazing. Dress came delivered in a timely manner and the cost was efficient. Please see my beautiful daughter’s prom picture in the attachment. I purchased the dress and the chains came wrapped in plastic. I saw one of the chains had metal wire sticking out of the plastic and something told me to take a picture of it before I opened it so that they wouldn’t try to blame me for it, but I decided against it because I thought I was maybe overthinking. When I opened it up, it was indeed broken so I contacted Alglist asking for a replacement chain to be sent out to me -not a new address not a refund- a new chain. and when I got a response, they basically blamed me and said that I ripped it open instead of cutting it open like the instructions say. However, I told them I did cut it open, and that I was regretting not taking a picture beforehand because I assumed that they would try to blame me and couldn’t believe that they were trying to accuse me of breaking something when I paid $200 for a dress. They then proceeded to apologize for blaming me and then told me that they could fix it if I paid to have it shipped over there and then paid to have it shipped back.

My daughter purchased her prom dress online and they estimated delivery would be six weeks from the date of purchase. Her prom is this Saturday and we have no dress. There is no phone number for this company. We have to communicate via email. Finally received a response back and they said the dress would not be ready until mid May! Good thing we purchased a backup dress otherwise my daughter would have no dress for prom. However, the dress that she purchased from this site was the dress she really really wanted to make her night memorable. It is heartbreaking as a mother to see your daughter, unhappy. Also, since purchasing from this company, my credit card has had fraudulent charges.I had to cancel my card and dispute charges that were made. This whole experience has been stressful

Terrible terrible I wouldn’t recommend a dog to get a prom dress from this place first off I had to go buy my daughter dress from the store because her dress didn’t come on time we paid for express shipping then they won’t give me a refund talking about store credit what ima get out of that store this is my daughter senior prom we will no longer need anything from this bs ass store if I could give this store zero stars I would I wanna get in contact with the owner of this bs ass store I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NONE OF MY PEOPLE TO THIS STORE

I absolutely loved my dress dont have anything bad to say about it . The way it looks in the pictures was the way it came !
