Came 2 days after ordering, didn’t need any tailoring work and got so many compliments!

I just made my first purchase but it will not be my last. My shipment arrived early, I LOVE the dress and the packaging was so cute. 10/10 highly recommend.

my package never came on time

If we could go lower, we would. We paid over $900 for a gown that had already been worn. After trying ro send it back with no return address, we were finally able. Sent it back certified return receipt. 2 mths later still fighting to get our money back for a worn and torn gown they sold for new. We had a custom gown made on time.

We had a mishap with my daughter's original prom dress. Ordered a dress on Monday for her prom on Thursday and it came on Thursday at noon just in time. The dress was beautiful. She bought her prom dress from here last year and it was gorgeous as well.

Exchange not fulfilled. I ordered this dress and exchanged it after being told I could get it in a bigger size only for this company to relist my dress and never restock item. They made me pay to send it back and only offered store credit not covering shipping! -1000/10 experience

I completely understand final sale policies, but I wasn’t asking for a refund — just a reasonable exchange for the correct size. It’s disappointing when customer service shows no flexibility for a loyal customer trying to make things work. Experiences like this definitely make me think twice before ordering again.

Seems to be a pattern of custom made dresses never be updated and people having to find last minute replacements… they refuse to refund my mistake dress that still didn’t fit and so I’m now paying $700 I don’t have due to them. Someone really needs to get ahold of this deception company
