Mistake on order and called within a few hours. Customer service said it had already been shipped. Waited for 3 weeks so I could ship it back. Received order finally and the quality is horrendous. No tags and definitely NOT CASHMERE. WILL RETURN IMMEDIATELY

Bought a supposed leather jacket. Absolute piece of rubbish. Thin imitation suede fabric and pvc instead of leather. Typical substitution scam but also my fault for being gullible.

Terrible quality like what you would find on T*mu but at a premium price. Shoes souls are cheap plastic, I mean cheap quality. Don’t buy from them. Update: responding to Alexander Hampton’s response…. I have contacted, I was first offered a replacement that I didn’t want. I replied to give me a return label and not paying freight and still waiting. You are quick to keep our money but slow to agree to a return. Your products are extremely poor and honestly you should be ashamed for the pricing and quality. It really is that bad.

The item came with no tags, lables, in a rinckled bag. I ordered leather shoes and paid $68 , when they arrived I felt totally insulted by the quality and by the way they try to rip off people, it’s a real shame they don’t even take responsibility for it, to return I need to pay for shipment myself.

I ordered an item then read the reviews and decided to check them out and they are a fake company, looks like Chinese scammers. I have requested a full refund immediately.

My honest thoughts: Are you going to get a 10/10 designer quality clothing item from Alexander Hampton... No, you're not. From my understanding they are a "newish" British or American Brand so still in early stages of the company (at least that's what I can gather). But for $50 getting a decent quality blazer from a shop I hadn't heard of before is a win for me. The package it arrived in felt as if it was quite rushed, certainly not a "premium / luxury" service, but as mentioned... for $50 what do you expect.

BEWARE Alexander Hampton! his company seems fraudulent. Attractive marketing insists on top-quality, high-end clothing from New York USA, whilst the goods themselves are acrylic rubbish made in China. No labels or care instructions and shoddily packed. Very disappointing. I plan to return the 5 items I bought but I am not confident of being reimbursed. 3/12/25 After correspondence with Alexander Hampton's customer support team during the past week, I have now received notification of a full refund for all three of my orders, without the need to return the items. Given that their original offer was a discount of just 15% or the alternative option of posting the items back to China at my own expense, a full refund is satisfactory, and the representative has been very courteous and helpful. However, my overall opinion of 'Alexander Hampton' has not changed. The merchandise is very disappointing, and even super-supportive customer relations cannot compensate for such blatant misrepresentation.
