DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. It is absolutely a scam. Bought a sweater but received what looks the skin of a stuffed animal. Contacted them to return it and they said I could get a full refund but I had to pay $30-$40 for shipping back to China. UPDATE: I emailed Alexander as he suggested in his reply to my review and have yet to receive a reply from him or anyone. This exactly exemplifies how they operate; that is making a show of doing the right thing but do nothing. As I said, do not purchase from Peter Oliviera.

The quality of the boots that arrived 3 weeks later was actually comical. Cost me €75, and look like they cost about €1.50 to make. They are so bad that I actually just laughed and chalked it up to a loss. Complete scam, do not order/buy under any circumstances, including nuclear fallout and they happen to be the only 'retailer'left on the planet.

Received cashmere jumper, which looked nothing like it did in picture, completely different style. Cheap material and no labels. Contacted customer service who keep telling me to send photos but can never see them. I just want a refund but have never been offered one. Has anyone received a total refund?

It’s a scam company. My experience with Alexander Hampton has been extremely negative. The company presents itself as a premium, fast-shipping brand, but this is completely false advertising. After placing my order, the delivery took several weeks — well over a month — and only then did I discover the products were being shipped from China, despite the website implying otherwise. And even after weeks it said it was delivered, it never was. Even worse, it is practically impossible to get your money back. I repeatedly contacted their support team after weeks of waiting. Each time I was told to “wait a little longer,” but the shoes never arrived. And they told me I can’t get refund until I get the product. This company does not stand behind its promises, its shipping times, or its customer service. My order was delayed, never delivered. I strongly advise others to avoid Alexander Hampton — the lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.

I ordered a sweater and tried to confirm if the site was too good to be true. The only address available was NY. The sweater was shipped from China, arrived without any tags to confirm size and was nothing like the pictures showed. I reached out to customer service because the item was not as it appeared in the photos. I even sized up! The refund policy does not state that you have to pay customs fees and return to China so there is no point in returning. The only option is 15% of the original order. Do not order from here! After posting this review, the company responded. I reached out as they instructed. They have since fully refunded by order.

Horrible company! I ordered 100% cashmere sweater but I've got plastic one with no label. I definitely know how 100% cashmere looks like. No return labels as well.

I bought supposedly a leather jacket and gloves, the merchandise came and omg NOTHING like the advertised jacket. I spent 167.00 my guess is. it's worth 16.00. I am passed angry, but this is a prime example of too good to be true. This raggedy company should be ashamed for scamming people, but I am sure THEY are not. I got an e-mail from Alexander Hampton, telling me to take a picture of my purchase etc. and if approved they will give me a refund. What kind of BS is that? I always thought that the customer comes first. I have a legit complaint, the clothing that I received is GARBAGE. I already know that I will never see a refund, I think the FBI and FTC should look into this company.

Do not buy from Alexander Hampton. The quality is terrible as is the sizing, no labels, and no way to return the article. They should not be allowed to advertise on instagram or Facebook. The article described as Merino wool, been no where near a ball of wool. Tried to return, not having much luck.
