Beware - Ghost Store with fulfilment centre in China. Ordered size 9.5 work boots and received size 9.0 flimsy material plastic shoes that are only good to play with in the daycare centre. Customer service suggests a 25% refund or sending it back to China with tracking facility all paid for by the customer. Never again...

It was a wonderful experience buying from AH. Their support team was extremely helpful, I was asking about the materials of one of the shoes to get more information on if it and also the sizing. My wife has very very wide feet, so I needed to confirm with them that they would infact fit his feet. Once the order arrived it was in some nice packaging and included a thank you letter with some more info about the business. The shoes themselves were wrapped in nice tissue paper (wish I could send a photo but can't do it here). Thankfully the shoes just about fit my wife. The quality was good for the price, while it was not exceptional quality, I knew that for only paying $60, they should last quite some time. During the order process I wish they sent more emails about when it's out for delivery, but they did let me know when it was shipped. In total I ordered on the 15th November and arrived on the 22nd.

Beware. They don't provide return shipping and it will cost you the price of the product to return it. Quality is extremely cheap. I purchased Orthopedic shoes, which arrived from China, no tags on them and wrapped in cellophane. These were definitely not orthopedic nor were they comfortable. When I contacted the co. to return them they offered me 15%, which is $6. This company is a sham!

Total scam, delivery was delayed and the sizing is off the wall. Should have checked here first. This vendor is a dropshipper, you will find the exact same product elsewhere for less.

I ordered a shearling leather coat and got a cloth sweatshirt and they refuse to refund my money 100%, so I was forced to go to the Federal Trade Commission and I'm still waiting to hear about how I can get my money back.

UPDATE 12/4/2025.......Alexander-Hampton.com resolved my complaint so I've changed my rating to 5-star. ORDERED 2 PAIR OF THE ORTHOPEDIC SLIP ON SHOES AND THE QUALITY IS VERY POOR. OBVIOUSLY IMPORTED BECAUSE NO SIZE OR TAGS ON THE SHOES. THE INSOLES ARE PAPER THIN SO NOT COMFORTABLE. THE MATERIALS ARE NOT HIGH QUALITY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The item came with no tags, lables, instructions for care, in a rinckled bag. I ordered cashmere sweater size L, but what came did not look and felt like cashmere and size S. Customer service offered 15% refund and keep the item or send it back for the price higher than the price of the item. Both options are unacceptable. Update: customer service took a closer look at my complaint and offered a full refund for the item I bought.
