Sneakers order size was off, the company agreed to send a new order and allowed me to size up as i believed a larger size would perfect. I received the replacement however they sent the same size as my original order. I sent and email and was told sorry nothing can be done. Unclear why they would not allow a return when the site states returns are allowed. This feels like robbery as i have not received a useful product. I would happy return the incorrect size of would love my money back and never order here again . Why is there no address or phone number published

The turtleneck sweater I ordered seemed high quality but a bit overpriced. It was comfy but it was definitely the wrong size and had multiple loose threads, and the outer packaging was damaged as well. Paid almost $80 for it including shipping and they want me to pay the shipping back to China and for the return label, to get a refund that wouldn't even be worth it at that point. It still looks fine so I might gift it to a relative that would be able to fit it but overall not a pleasant experience ordering from them. Have not spoken to customer service yet but I have sent an email awaiting a response, I will update after their support gets back to me.

I mistakenly ordered two of the same sweaters and another sweater. The sweaters were nice for the price. However one was very scratchy so I contacted them about returning it and the duplicate. SURPRISE. The returns must be sent to China at the customer’s Expense estimated to be $40-50 dollars. Nowhere is this disclosed prior to purchase. You’ve been warned Update: After sharing this draft review with the company they offered to refund the cost of the two items I needed to return. I again asked that they clarify that returns must be shipped to China at the customer’s expense, in my case that would have been $40-50 for $100 worth of goods.

Beware. They don't provide return shipping and it will cost you the price of the product to return it. Quality is extremely cheap. I purchased Orthopedic shoes, which arrived from China, no tags on them and wrapped in cellophane. These were definitely not orthopedic nor were they comfortable. When I contacted the co. to return them they offered me 15%, which is $6. This company is a sham!
