I had a good experience buying from this shop. Jamie at customer service was very quick and helpful in locating my package which arrived promptly. The scarf was very soft and fit nicely. The package also gave me 20% off my next order which was very nice.

This is is the first I have purchased from this brand. I regret immensely having not read its customer reviews and my have take a risk by purchasing with this 'retailer'. My impression by this experience is, this is a fraudulent business/scam. The purchased items are not as described on the retailer's website and are poor quality; the designs are for mass production, the materials and stitching were poor and fully inconsistent with its website information, and there were no tags provided with the clothing as you would expect when purchasing legitimate store -bought clothing and are therefore likely unsafe for use. According to Consumer Rights, the items are faulty qualifying me for a full refund. Customer service was extremely disappointing and resisted, then declined, my multiple requests for a full refund according to my Consumer Rights hindering me for each of my requests with its increasing alterate unsatisfactory/ unwanted offers of 5%, then 25%, price discount if I agreed to keep the items. I believe the items I purchased were/are intended as fraudulent transactions. My recommendation:DO NOT Buy from this brand. Following my above complaint, I received a response from the 'retailer' suggesting its supposed genuine concern to see my complaint appropriately addressed for a reasonable resolution. I then provided my email response and reiterated my request for a refund according to my Consumer Rights, as it requested. I have again received no response. My advice to customers is unchanged; do not buy from this fraudulent business. I also advise, return postage to its China address will likely cost the customer an amount, which this business does not agree to refund or provide according to Consumer Rights, slightly less, comparable, or possibly more than the purchase price. In my case whereby I live in Australia I purchased items to the value of approximately $120 ; return postage is estimated as $40+

This is a Chinese company with poor quality products. Their shoes are flat and cheaply made.

I think this is a scam company. I ordered a $39.99 shoes from this company which looked legit while ordering my purchase. Even got a link to track my delivery. Well, instead of receiving a pair of shoes, I got a panda stuff animal!! UPDATE: Received sound advice from a friend. If you used credit card for purchase, call asap to dispute the charge and suspend the transaction. You may not get money back but make this scam company work for it. REPLY I DO NOT WANT YOUR SHOES ANYMORE DUE TO NUMEROUS POOR ONLINE REVIEWS OF YOUR PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY THE ORTHOPEDIC SLIP-ON SHOES WHICH IS WHAT I HAD ORDERED. THIS TYPE OF WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR THEY NEED TO GO TO PRISON. I HAD PURCHASED A BOOT AND RAIN JACKET. THE IMAGE IS SO GOOD AND WENT AND MADE A PURCHASE, HOWEVER WHEN I RECEIVED THE JACKET WAS LIKE PAPER AND IT WAS LIKE A 1 YEAR OLD BABY SEWED IT. I HAD TO THROW IT IN THE THRASH. IT CAME FROM CHINA. I wish I would have checked out reviews before buying!!! I paid $43.95 for slip on “orthopedic “ shoes. They shipped from China and are the poorest quality that I’ve ever seen. Please do yourself a favor and check reviews first.

They are a chinese company representing themselves as a british one! Their sizes are not accurate foe european sizes. I bought 2 leather jackets, 3xl. They assured me they would fit! The shipping was very slow. The jackets were much too small, more like 1xl, at the most! They did not care! AVOID this company at all costs!
