I purchased a BEUTIFUL jacket for my husband's 71 birthday. I could not believe my eyes when we opend the package. What a SCAM!!!! The actual jacket is NOT similar AT ALL with the one showing on line. I immediately contacted the company via email, because they do not have a phone number (that should be a hint that they are not reliable). It took several emails to get an answer just for the representative to offer me a 15% refund and to keep the jacket (IT IS NOT WORTH $10.00), or to send it back to them, I chosed the later, and I received another email letting me know that I was responsible for paying the shipping, as stated on the FINE PRINTS...the ones that WERE NOT IN THE PURCHASE!!!! Anna Beckett (the represntative) told me the shipping will be $40.00 or $50.00. I just made a comment... Am I shipping to Alaska?... Them she sent me the address..It was worse...The company is in China!!!! Just to think that I wanted to buy from a "European designer" to buy quality, and probrably Temu had the same jacket for 3/4 of the price. This company is a FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am only sorry I rushed to buy it to get it on time and I did not read the reviews.. A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I ordered boots and received a model car engine that contained gasoline..it was mailed from Chicago. I’ve put a dispute in with my bank. Do not buy from these scammers!

From the moment I saw the jacket I ordered I was impressed by the design. When it came the fit was perfect, the color was just what I wanted,and my gosh the parka is so warm! Quality is excellent. I am so very pleased! Thank you , and thank you to your customer service who answered my tracking questions…they are awesome!

It is a disgrace to know that such criminals are free to rob people! First it took 35 days for the shipment to arrive! Secondly the sizes were not even close to what is normally accepted around the world! Thirdly there are no tags indicating the fibre content and fourthly and worst of all the sleeves and waist borders were cut with scissors pls see pictures ! What a scam! I have tried to get in touch with them but to no avail! Keep away from their sight!!!!

I do NOT believe this is a reputable company. I ordered some high heeled sneakers from them on December 24, 2025. I received emails with lame excuses BUT not my shoes. I WILL NOT DEAL WITHTHEM AGAIN.

I purchased a pair of boots on 12.13 and received a confirmation number and supposedly a text would follow with tracking. Never received text or package. I went on site to track and the confirmation number provided is not found. Is there a customer service phone number? I emailed and sent an inquiry through the website with no response. Please do not respond by telling me to email- I HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT 2X! Need the item I paid for or a refund!!! What a joke!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Scam company based in China. Cashmere sweater clearly made of felt or something. Doesn't even have seams. Returning your item is likely to cost more than the item itself. Just don't bother

Supposed to be cashmere - but plastic and not even resembling the photo on the site. This is a scam company do not even think ordering from them!!!!!!!
