If I could give a negative star I would. I ordered the Amalfi Thick Faux Leather Jacket in a 2XL but that is not what I received. The "faux" leather was a horrible fake suede and the inside was rough and not soft. And the jacket I received was not the one that I ordered. It was completely different one. And the size was NOT a 2XL, it was more like an American size medium. I contacted their customer service regarding the issues and they acknowledged that the item I received was not what was ordered and they would start a return but I would have to pay for the return shipping and not receive the full refund - even though they sent me the wrong item. This has been the worst purchase I have made and I am kicking myself for not reading reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IF YOU DO, BUYER BEWARE!! 1/20/2026 - update - Since I spent 3 weeks going around in circles with their customer service )Inwas adamant that was NOT going to pay to return a product that I did not order - so I opens a dispute with my bank. False advertisement, wrong product sent, etc and I was able to get a full refund from Alexander Hampton. It was a pan in the ass and a slight hassle but I got my money back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order 31 days ago. The shipping link shows that my order still hasn't been picked up for shipping. Two emails with a customer service rep and all I get back is 'your order is in transit' and 'we can't issue a refund until an order is successfully delivered.' Well, my order has not been delivered and Alexander-Hampton intends to keep my money. Stay Away from this company!! Rip off!!

Their website says orders can be cancelled- I emailed 2 minutes after an order was accidentally placed, then days later they email me back and say I have to wait for the item, then the item takes 3 weeks to arrive from China, then they want to charge me to return it. Don't buy from these people.

Do not order from them. Product was plastic compare to leather. Plus you pay to ship it back. Cheap Chinese leather

It took over a month to receive the sweater I ordered. The quality of the fabric and stitching was poor. The color was supposed to be navy, but was teal. There were no tags at all on the sweater identifying type of fabric or even a label identifying the company. I am grateful I only lost $49.00, but I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered from this scam of a company.

The product was inferior. As stated by a previous reviewer, there are no tags on the garment. Mine was too small and looked nothing like the picture. I should have read the reviews prior to buying. Don’t spend your money here.

The only reason I placed an order with them it’s Becouse I haven’t read the reviews So read this review before buying Do not buy anything from them It’s a complete trash clothe And they will make you pay 50$ fees to get your money back

Order number#AH315349 Brown leather Jacket purchased just before Christmas and received today. I must admit that I was nervous as to what kind of jacket I was going to receive due to all the negative reviews on here and tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched however the company still went ahead anyways to deliver to which is why I am only giving it 4/5 Apart from this I was relieved to see how good the quality of the jacket is both inside and out. I'm delighted with it. Excellent for its price.
