The product shipped was a knockoff, cheap mimic of the photo shown on the website. The materials were different than the picture showed, the quality was embarrassing, and the description don’t align with what we received in person. Customer service was polite at first and then threatened not to give a refund at all when I asked for the return shipping label cost to be covered, since the product that was sent was different than advertised. Do not recommend. This company is a con.

BUYERS BEWARE Do not order from this company. I ordered a pair of mens shoes. Came 3 weeks later in a ziplock bag. No box. They smell. So narrow and small. Looks very cheap. I emailed to return the shoes. They responded that they want a picture. Based on other reviews here - the return shipping is in China. This is completely unacceptable. No where on the website does it say it's coming from China and you have to return to China. I will be filing a claim with my credit card. This company is a nightmare. I ordered a pair of cargo pants size medium When they came, I opened and they didn’t even look like picture on website. They also looked big I want to check the size and take had been cut out. After numerous emails, I was told to send back produce and receive a refund but postage at MY expense. I did read return policy, but for damaged goods I feel the postage should be companies expense It’s going to China, not cheap NEVER AGAIN

I’m ripping out my hair over this ish! I’ve been trying to return a garmet for WEEKS! They won’t let me! The sweater ripped down the side the second I put it on and they had me send photos and are giving me the run around. No way to automatically return it on the website! SCAM BEWARE

This store uses highly misleading product images. The shoes I received are nothing like what is shown on the website. The photos advertise what appears to be a well-made, high-quality product. In reality, the item I received is extremely poor quality, made of very thin, cheap materials, and looks more like a toy or costume shoe than real footwear. This is not a minor difference — the quality, materials, construction, and overall appearance are completely different from the advertised product. The website also states free returns, but after contacting the seller to initiate a return and refund, I received no response. I am willing to return the item, but I should not have to pay return shipping for a product that was misrepresented. Based on my experience, I believe this store engages in deceptive advertising. I strongly recommend that buyers proceed with caution and avoid purchasing from this site.

I received one of my 2 orders. The items received are not as described and they arrived a week after Xmas. Unsure which is worse. Fake leather and fake fur lining that falls apart all over your house. It's not even a nice looking imitation and definitely would not be warm if anyone really chose to wear this ugly jacket. Very disappointed and feel scammed.

PLEASE, Look at over reviews and DO NOT BUY!!! I wish I looked at the reviews first :(:( what a wast of time and money !! Cashmere Patchwork Turtleneck Sweater was nothing even remotely resemble the cashmere. The L size more like XXS or XS, not even close to the picture they have. Shipped with no labels of any kind and guess what - they claim that they only except the return with ordinal labels. What a scam!!! I don't understand how those places can't be shut down and keep robing the customers !!

This store is a complete scam my sweater came with no tags and was completely different then the advertised product. i reached out and showed them photos do the product for them to tell me I still needed to pay the 50 dollars to ship to China. I was also hit with an import bill that was not flagged from the company. The sweater was absolutely fraudulent. Don’t buy anything from here.
