BEWARE this is a scam site
Ordered turtleneck cashmere sweater that was advertised as having an oversized relaxed fit. What arrived was laughably teeny in comparison to the photo, like a snug fit with 3/4 length sleeves and the neck was so tight it gave me a gag reflex. It also smelled weird and had zero labels in it, no size label or care instructions. I contacted customer service who agreed to send me another larger sized sweater, I supposedly was going from the S to the XL size with the replacement. What arrived as the replacement was the EXACT SAME SIZE as the original as confirmed with a tape measure and it also had a massive thread pulled on the shoulder and again no size or care label inside. Customer service are now saying they are done with me so I am left with 2 sweaters that smell, have defects and are maybe suitable for a thin child. Terrible experience.
