Absolutely do not recommend this site. The images are clearly taken from other sites as what you get is essentially a cheaper version. They do let you return items, but require you pay the $40-$50 return shipping to China, so you lose even more money. You’re not going to get what you see online.

Very unhappy. If you not satisfied with the product, the items must be Return to China which can cost customer over $50. I bought a $69, item and was told I could keep with a refund of 15% or return at a cost of $40-$50 US dollars.

This is a straight up scam company and do not for one minute believe any positive reviews. So the website is designed to look like you are buying from the US or a European fulfillment centre. This is a cheap Chinese knock off company. The cheapest of the cheap crap. I am normally really careful and look at trustpilot but I read the 'About' section on their site and stupidly believed it. To be fair there are not too many scam companies like this. So I ordered on 8th December. Not dispatched until 17th though said had. Arrived about a month after ordering and the shoes were not leather. They were cheap plastic. Awful smelling, in a plastic bag and damaged. I contacted the company and got three options. 15% back, send back with a veiled threat this would cost me 50 quid or a one time replacement for something else. I opted for something else as I had already made a mess of it so might as well get some crap cardigan. They then said no while we said different item we did not mean that. They want you to choose the 15% and rob the 85%. All joking aside Chinese commercial officials need to raid this company. Scams like this are making people increasingly move away from Chinese goods. I know I will never be so stupid again.

This is a fraudulent service being provided! The pictures of clothing on this website is not the item you receive. I even believe the FEW 5 star rating are fake as well. I wish I could add pictures!!!!!!

Got it fast & exactly what I wanted & needed

Absolute scam!!! Ordered cashmere sweater - what arrived is not cashmere and seams not sewn together!!!!!! Customer service offered 15% discount!!!!!!!

This is a total and complete scam. Received a so called cashmere sweater yesterday. It is cheap and sewn and certainly not cashmere, although there was no labeling at all. It arrived, not in the beautiful box shown on the website but rolled up in a cheap plastic bag inside of a plastic mailing bag from someone named Hazel in Skippack, PA. DO NOT buy!!! It's funny how Alexander-Hampton would respond here with the same scripted response asking me to write to customer service but I had already done that with no response there. Total SCAM!
