Terrible!!!! They lie about shipping Do not order from them!!!

Financial pirates. Clothing labels severed at the seams to obscure fabric detail. Donate to homeless shelter and hope when the spring comes that the fabric density will be appropriate if the garments has not fallen apart. 15% refund offered. Postage and shipping to China.

Don't buy from these guys. They won't let you return items for a full refund. They offer 15%. It's the worst customer service of any internet seller I have ever encountered. Bad. Unethical.

I ordered a pair of shoes for $39. They were a very poor fit with absolutely no arch support. Their site indicated a return shipping charge paid by customer but not the amount. No mention was made of them coming from China. There’s no way I would spend $40 - $50 to return a $39 shoe. I also had to send three photos of the shoes before they would review my return. The best refund offer was 15%, which is barely worth it. I’ll be using Trust Pilot a lot more often now. As an update, I got a very fast response from Customer Service. They are issuing a full refund without returning the shoes, plus a discount for any future purchases. They were not able to open the photos I sent, so I’m satisifed with the outcome and will be offering the shoes to someone else. All contacts with customer service has been responded to very quickly.

I ordered shoes on Jan 2, they have not arrived by Jan 23, contacted the company via email several times for updates. On Jan 20 tracking had out for delivery. On Jan 23 it is still out for delivery and I contacted again and was told to contact USPS, they told me it is not a valid tracking number!! The company realized the shoes were lost in shipping. They sent another pair and arrived in 2-3 days. BUT the shoes were too small and very poor quality. I reached out and asked to return due to being too small and was told they had already sent a second pair and could not allow a return! So I still must wonder if it is a scam or not? The customer service will not allow a return. DO NOT USE I have emailed the customer service multiple times and they keep telling me since they sent a second pair there was nothing they could do. I never asked for a second pair, I had requested a refund multiple times after 25 days of waiting and they would not refund. They are nothing more than scammers, they will take your money and if you get your item it will be terrible quality.

What a scam! Really misleading advertisement. The sweater I got looks like something from Temu for a very high price. I want my money back.

I wish I would have seen the reviews for this online clothing store before I bought a pair of shoes that took 3 weeks to get to me because it was coming from China. No where does it state that on the website. Once I received the shoes, they looked nothing like the ones in the picture which cost $40, but looked like they were $10. As stated in other reviews on Trust Pilot, when I requested a refund, they told me ir would be $40-$50 and I had to pay the cost. No where is this stated on their website.
