They advertised a dragon water feature with flame lights and pump. Got a cheap resin dragon, no pump, no light. Ask for a return, got told their free refund policy was misleading and it would cost more to send back overseas than the cost of the item. I'm not playing games with these morons. I went straight to the bank to get the fraudulent transaction refunded. Lodge a Chargeback - banks track merchants. Enough Chargebacks and their payment gateway shuts them down completely. No Stripe, no Paypal, no merchant terminal - business dead. Do this even if you get a refund. Hundreds of reports will get it done.

The shoes I ordered showed up over a month after I purchased and look nothing like the photos. They simply steal photos from websites of more expensive brands then send you something that kind of resembles it but very poorly. I swear the heels of these shoes are 3D printed. Do not buy from this site

Wow, I wish I had read these before I ordered. The picture online was so cute and they were $39 which should’ve been a clue. I got them in the mail months and months later and they smelled like glue and were something that my grandchildren could’ve put together. I tried to return them, but it was $40 to ship them to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a pair of shoes, wrong size was sent. I've emailed customer service twice and no response. The shoes are likely knock offs, no information at all that should have been printed inside the shoe

Absolute garbage. Do not shop, do not buy. Classic "bait & switch" scheme. I wish I would have read these reviews before looking. The picture showed a suede type jacket with leather collar and accents in olive green and light brown. What I received is a cheap black corduroy type jacket with pleather orange-ish brown collar and accents. Wish I could post pics to show the difference... Buyer beware. Spend a few extra bucks elsewhere to get what you want!

I love the sweater. The cashmere is very soft and the basket weave type pattern is exactly what I was looking for. I don’t think the style is that boxy or generous. I ordered a medium, my regular size, and it fits nicely, not bulky or boxy at all. I am taller at 5”10 and will say I wish the sleeves were about 1.5 inches longer. The cream color is nice and warm. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Received an item, I didn't purchase. So, it was suggested not to return them, as it was too much trouble, instead I am donating them to a used clothing store. They look like a well-made item, too. so, I think someone can use them.

My shoes didn’t fit but Alexander Hampton was very professional and took care of the problem very quickly. These people go the extra mile to make things right.
