This company is a company of scammers. I paid for a pair of shoes size 9 Australian size 40 US they sent me sixe8 now they want me to pay for them to be sent back to china their mistake why should I pay for their mistakes. This company should be avoided at all costs they are a mob of Chinese crooks. They don’t look after their customers and all that load of bullshit the put in their promo about looking after their customers is crap DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM CROOKS. I PAID FOR THE SHOES IN NOVEMBER AND STILL HAVNT RECEIVED MY SHOES THAT FOT ME.

The things I ordered came in the wrong size. You are only allowed to exchange one item per order; if not, you need to return your items and buy them again. The returning address is somewhere in China, and returning the items will cost you more than they cost originally. Just another drop shipping store, save your time. Not to mention, they messed up the shipping, and it arrived 1.5 months after I ordered it. To top it all off, I'm pretty sure customer service is either in China or India; they take days to reply and will get back to you around 2 am every time. Took multiple days to get a decent answer, I won't even complain its something that definitely came out of ChatGPT.

I give this company a negative 1. The pictures are deceiving, and the materials used are plastic. Do not believe them when they say "comfortable." Do not order from this company. To return them, I am asked to mail them to China for a refund!

I ordered a cashmere turtleneck sweater from this company. It arrived an a plastic bag with no tags and no label on the sweater indicating which was the front and which the back, the size, ior what the sweater was made of. It was very itchy and definitely not cashmere. It was a turtleneck, but other than that the sweater was a different style from what was pictured online. Extremely disappointing. And, as other reviewers have said my options were to return it to China or to receive a 10% refund. The customer service "person", whom I'm certain was an AI bot, was ever so polite. This company is a scam. I wish I'd done some research before ordering.

The Luxury Oxford Elevator Shoes are a hit. My wife encouraged me to buy them and I have no regrets. Many compliments... cool look and comfortable.

I ordered a cashmere sweater on sale for a Christmas, because their website says they are a small business in New York among other intriguing descriptions. The sweater was not cashmere and horribly crafted. The ‘seam work’ was atrocious and incomplete. After I had paid I received an email and information about how long it would take me to receive it. I ordered around Thanksgiving so wasn’t too concerned about the amount of time. Not much time passed and I received a shipping notification. It was being sent from China. After receiving the sweater that was not as advertised, I contacted the company and they responded that I needed to send photos which I did. They then offered a 25% refund or full refund if I shipped it back (to China! for $40-50 estimated shipping costs. I elected for the 25% refund for a sweater that was not cashmere and so horribly put together one wouldn’t want to wear it for that reason and that it might literally come apart upon wearing. The gal communicating w me was quite nice. I received confirmation that I elected the 25% and that it could take up to 30 days. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope potential victims will read some of these reviews and not become victims of fraud. 2/7/26 In response to this post from the company: I already sent you photos and you have my payment method. If you want to make this right, refund my money. I see no need to contact you AGAIN to have this happen. It seems this might look good for you to those who read your response, but it really shows you didn’t do the right thing the first time…I will never trust or support your company and have filed with the Better Business Bureau so hopefully others won’t support this company either.

Don’t order from this company! The coat arrived late, and reeked of cigarette smoke. Our options were to be credited 15% of the cost or to return it to China ourselves. The international shipping cost is typically between $40-$50. After sending this review to the company, they reached out to rectify the situation. They fully refunded us the cost of the coat. Additionally, they offered us 20% coupon if we choose to purchase anything from them in the future.
