People go places for an experience: a restaurant, a spa, a cruise, travel to an exotic location, etc. but no one could have imagined receiving a pair of boots from the Alessandro Vasini company to be an experience. From the time I saw the company name clearly printed on the box, I felt a certain elegance was forthcoming. Opening the box, removing the packaged paper, and see each boot individually wrapped solidified my thought that we both possessed exquisite taste. Further proof of this came when I touched the leather, saw how the boots are beautifully crafted, and tried them on. Wow, the fit is perfect. The LVs, and Guccis, of the world have not surpassed the Alessandro Vasini Company. Alessandro's style is second to none. Additionally, my boots are just sexy as hell.

Good quality items being sold, very cohesive range of products across all genders. My only critique is that they can be a bit slow to respond to emails, but ultimately pulled through organising a return all the way from Australia. May be due to language barriers.

I have quite a few pairs of AV boots. Decided to get another in a different colour. It has been almost a month now and I still not able to get a delivery notification. When you email the company they either reply or they don't reply at all. There is not a contact number for you to speak to anyone. I have got to the stage where I'm going to leave it to my credit card company to deal with them. At this stage, I am really thinking I need to cancel the order and say goodbye to this poor customer service. Appalling. Not worth it at all.

I've been gawking at this company's boots for quite a while. I ordered one pair of boots April 17 and a belt on the 18th. Belt came in about 10 days. Received pre-shipping info for the boots two days after the belt shipped. Still no boots. I've tried contacting the company several times over the past few weeks, but I haven't received a reply.

The boots are just what I wanted, they are not terribly comfortable but look great and they are very well made. I am hopefully with more wear they will become more comfortable.
