At a very difficult time while my…
At a very difficult time while my husband is in Hospice, my phone and alarms went out. I called my phone provider and they responded immediately. Got everything back working but said the problem appeared to be in the alarms. That night at about 8:30 it happened again. Called 360 and talked to a wonderful woman who took ownership of my problem. Got hold of a supervisor and dispatched an incredible young man. At 10:20pm he arrived and tackled the problem like a dog after a bone. He didn’t stop until he found and fixed the problem. Jerry also left his phone # In case it went out again since it was Memorial Day. The lady I spoke with and Jerry went above and beyond and are true assets to your Co. My undying gratitude to them for caring to help me at a very difficult time.

Tina is a excellent technician
Tina is a excellent technician. My sliding door issue was solved. She also ran a check on all my home sensors and security system. I am really happy with alert 360.

Absolutely the best!
Absolutely the best! Will not let anyone touch my stuff ever other than Mr. Shane Smith. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and dependable! He’s a 5 Star man for sure!
