Alert 360Reviews of alert360.com

Alert 360's app makes it easy to ensure your home stays safe while you are on the go. Their help and support team are always professional.

You guys made this experience very easy and everybody was very professional and friendly. I believe the product that you offer is top notch and easy to use. I will definitely recommend alert 360 to other people. I have a few pending items to finish up my new service but other than that it has been great.

Tech was on time and did a good job. I was surprised when he requested payment thinking it would be added to my next bill. I asked if he could take a credit card which he said yes. I gave him my card and he took a picture of it with his phone. I didn’t care for that at all. I thought he would have a scanner. Did not receive a bill or any acknowledgment that he took my credit card. Not a good way to do business.

Our technician Ryan was polite and informative. We live in southwest Florida. He was fast and spot on in troubleshooting the problem. Get this guy a raise in pay, Alert 360 management! I would have left 5 stars but the tech was not supplied with a proper battery to complete the work. (Not the techs fault). We have had 360 for around 9 years and we have no desire to switch companies. We are happy with the service! Thanks.

We've had the system for more than 2 years now, and it's mostly been positive. We switched from a Major security system when we finally ditched the landline phone and needed to switch to a wireless system. That provider wanted more than double what Alert 360 did to make the equipment changes necessary to go wireless, so even though we'd been happy enough to stay with the other company 10+ years, the price difference made switching a "no-brainer". The reason I cannot give 5 stars is for the extended time you must wait to get someone on the phone if you have a "technical problem". Waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes while an alarm siren is blaring feels more like an hour. For some unknown reason, the control panel randomly decides it's not going to accept the code to disarm. If it is being really stubborn, time will run out, which triggers the alarm to go off. The person who calls to verify if there is a problem before alerting the police cannot override a panel that won't accept the disarm code and must forward the call to "technical support". I'm not sure if we will stay with Alert 360 after the 3-yr contract expires. I thought the "360" in their name referred to degrees, meaning your protection surrounds your home a full 360 degrees. Perhaps it actually means you are getting 360 days of service each year, and the remaining 5 days...well, you're on your own.

This was the second time in two days 360 has been here. The two techs that came out were very nice and professional. I was told I really needed an external antennae but the second tech was told try switching out provider cards in the panel. We’ll see how it works. I gave them four stars because the tech wasn’t allowed to put a real antennae so I may need them out a third to finally fix the problem. To continue my review. The alarm system seems to be receiving all the signal it needs to operate correctly so I revised my initial rating to five stars.

Timely, effective and courteous. ..thanks

Staff is great. But since I am outside the city limits it takes approximately 5 days to get s technician to the house 😟. If I call on the weekend I may get a call to schedule a technician the following Tuesday or Wednesday then they maybe here on Friday.
