The machine is to loud.I can not tell if it is helping.I trust it is.

I purchased an air purifier and dehumidifier and both are functioning well. The dehumidifier arrived with a broken wheel but Alen Corp sent me a new wheel within days after reporting it. The Air Purifier is quite noisy on the highest two settings but we sleep with it right next to our bed on the lowest setting, and hardly notice any noise at all.

I bought a T 500, and I love it. Thanks for the great customer service.

The purifiers work great, the air in my home is much cleaner. It also takes care of bad oder. A week after I bought my two purifiers they went on sale, I sent an email asking if I could get a refund for the difference of what I paid and the sale price and they did it right away! Amazing service

We have one of the Alen room air purifiers (T300) for a couple of years now and it works as advertised. We receive our air filters every six months and are very satisfied with their service. This year at Christmas time they even reduced the cost of their filters which made it even better. Amazing product with great service!

Removes lots of dust daily, I clean out the pre filter weekly and have notices a decrease of dust accumulation on furniture.

After working beautifully for a couple of years, it now is leaking all over the floor and carpet. Help!!!
