Good products at a reasonable price

Great prices and organization. Very clean, plus staff is always friendly.

There's a good range of products but what I don't like is a lack of self service checkouts. I would normally choose a store with self service over Aldi even though Aldi is closer simply because I don't want to queue up behind huge trolleys with my few items!.

The best thing to ever happen in groceries for consumers who want quality items at fair prices. The only thing upsetting is how they've proven that other grocery stores have been screwing all of us over all these years. I would say my family was spoiled by the items we used to get at our "high-end" regular store and I was concerned the quality at Aldi wouldn't compare but Aldi has been top notch all the way!!! I've almost wanted to keep it as my own secret but everyone deserves to be in on this DEAL!!!

My Aldi’s, is always neat & clean. I LOVE the prices & merchandise. I love the insta cart return & the counter they have to pack up yr merchandise before leaving. I recently bought some “bagged APPLES” & some “FINGER GRAPES” and I was deeply happy with the QUALITY & the SWEETNESS of them!💃🏽 I’d NEVER in all my years seen such odd looking grapes b4! They were 2”; in length😳 and looked very odd. But, I took a chance & cannot wait to pu more. The coffee sucks!🤣 but if you use enough of it🤣 it might give you the wake up you Nd! The checkout lines Nd some improvements! The registers do not align with the isles, so you find ppl walking in front of you or you’ll find that there maybe 3 different lines for the same register🤦🏽‍♀️😖. But, at least the aisles are nice & wide. Read yr receipts, the balances aren’t the easiest to interpret like other stores. Esp. If you use more than one form of payment. The price labeling could use some work (often not above the item yr looking at. OVERALL, I’m very happy

Purchased some broccoli today from my local store in Weeke (Winchester) only to cut it up and find maggots crawling around This has completely put me off and I’m disgusted

I recently wrote Aldi about their cart sanitation procedure at the Apple Valley, MN location, and they corrected it. I commend them for that, but I noticed on my last visit, that the safety precautions have become lax again. This location is no longer placing purchased items back in the same cart the customer used to gather them, and they are once again requiring shoppers to handle coins to use their carts. I also observed an employee spraying the carts, presumably with a cleaning agent, but without even separating the individual carts. All the carts were pushed together so the cleaning agent couldn't possibly contact each individual cart. It seems, at this location, they are more concerned about the appearance of safety than actual safety for shoppers.

IN THE PAST ALDI WINE ONLINE HAS BEEN GOOD AND I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THIS TIME HAS BEEN HORRENDOUS. ORDER 33806585 20TH MARCH. ONLY FIVE BOTTLES WERE DELIVERED IN THE SIXTH COMPARTMENT OF THE BOX WAS A ROLLED UP ALDI MAGAZINE. ONE MISSING BOTTLE! THE BOX HAD OBVIOUSLY BEEN TAMPERED WITH AND RESEALED. (I HAVE KEPT THE BOX) PHONED MANY TIMES KEPT WAITING 30 MINUTES CUT OFF. TRANSFERRED BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS WHILE I WAS SPEAKING. I REQUESTED THE MATTER BE LOOKED INTO, I WAS TOLD SOME ONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 48 HOURS NO ONE DID. TWO WEEKS LATER MORE PHONE CALLS TO THEM ONCE AGAIN MY CALL WAS TRANSFERRED WHILE I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A SENTENCE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY UPSETTING. THEY NOW SAY THEY WILL REFUND ME FOR THE MISSING BOTTLE, I THINK THEY BELIEVE THAT'S GENEROUS!!
