Aldi is a grocery store with limited choice on the one hand, but very low prices and good quality on the other. I go to different ALDIs in Miami and Florida in general and prices tend to be the lowest in any area I shop in, compared to other chains.

From never using Aldi to exclusively using Aldi. Absolutely fantastic food. I only buy the specially selected range and it's fantastic. Bilash should be a permanent range. Superb Indian food...much better than M and S

Prior to a couple of weeks ago, Aldi would have automatically gotten five shining stars. But, one of the reasons Aldi has been my "default" grocery store for many years is my love of their wide variety of reasonably priced Friendly Farms Greek yogurt. They've been out of the individual 5.3 oz containers since late 2024, but, I thought it might have to do with holiday + end of year delivery schedules. But to my disappointment, I tried again today, 1/13/2025. The 5.3 oz containers are back, but, now sold in packs of four, same flavor each pack, instead of loose. I have my favorite flavors, but I liked the freedom of choosing lots of different individual flavors. It's death to a product if I like it. 😅 Either it goes away, the formula is changed, or, as in this case, the packaging. Pricewise, the 4 packs are a few cents less per container than the loose ones, but... I don't care, charge more if you must, but bring back my little individual containers of FF Greek yogurt. 😊

Affordable and quality products. When my budget is tight, I enjoy shopping at Aldi as they have many high-quality products at great prices but you have to know what to look for. The selection range is not nearly as wide as that of big-brand supermarkets like Target or Walmart.

We have shopped at Aldis for quite some time now, and, for the most part, have saved a tremendous amount of money. Once we knew the amount of money we were saving and the decent quality of food, they became our everyday grocery store. HOWEVER, gradually we noticed the prices increase and the package contents decreasing and especially the frozen food contents getting much smaller. This results in us eating more and costs per serving going up. We are now back to comparing competing name stores for groceries. Just because Aldis prices appear to be less expensive, this doesn't mean that they are. If you truly care about savings, Aldis isn't always your savings store.
