Rude staff specially the cashiers should attend regular training in dealing with customers. I was at Store # 112 in Alhambra and the cashier Rosie was so rude and I reported the incident to the manager Luis. This store is my "go to" place, always happy/satisfied with the products. For the years i have been shopping in this location, it was my first time to encounter such a rude person and she needs a lot of training. Most staff are great, they treat people with respect and always there to assist.

If you have seen the new advertising on television about prime rib then you know how dishonest and garbage Aldi is. Just a horrible grocery store and their products are below average in quality. I will never go to this grocery store because I don't like dishonesty.

Bought a bunch of various canned beans recently. Cans are not even full. Sweet peas are all mush on the bottom. Wrote to Aldi customer support, received a generic AI response that allows no further discussion. Not going back.

Customer Service SUCKS at the Aldi (14thst/Bell Rd Phoenix, AZ) I go to that place for only 1 thing! Their Frozen Chicken Fries. My Autistic 8yo grandson eats those because they are they closest thing to BK Chicken Fires, and BK gets a little expensive. I went in to pick up 4 bags of the Chicken Fries. As soon as I walked in I saw a line 5/6 DEEP with their carts full and 1 cashier! I walked back and got my Chicken Fries, came back up to the line AND I walked over and asked the cashier if they had any more cashiers! I got a dirty look from her and when I turned to go back to the end on the line, I heard her say, " You just gotta wait!" Another cashier did come up, and I stayed in the line that had the 1 cashier that said I had to wait. MY turn came, no "Hi" or "How are you?" from her. She scanned my 4 items, I paid for them, I said, "Thank You" to her, I got a "YA" out of her!

I almost bought an Inverstion Table. Thr price they showed was $48 (too good to be true). But on checking on Googe about their legitimacy, I almost bought the item. Still to be sure, I used a virtual card. When I placed the order, the payment gateway sent an authentiction to my phone to approve the payment. While on the site the payment amout was still showing $48, but during authentication, my phone was showing to approve $350. Glad I checked before clicking. Stay safe people

Very bad, their cashier was on the phone while ringing me up, he double charged me for some things, I contacted the chat of Aldi online, they do nothing about it, useless chat tool. Now I have to go back and fight to get my money back. Aldi is bad, they never have enough self-checkout open here, this guy has such a long line in his lane and self-checkout and only has 2 self checkout open, he is so low IQ, then on the phone over charging me for products, you do not save at aldi, they steal your money and over charge for items. It was disappointing today to see they overcharged me for my items. Now I know why they have low ratings on Trustpilot too, they are very bad. Poorly managed and run here. Shame on you aldi!

CASHIER Lisa was rude,I ask why she acted like she didn't want to be here,she said it has been along morning.I told her then she should get more sleep.She was just grumpy.

I'm giving it only two stars because today in the cauliflower I bought was loaded with worms. I opened it and started cutting to was for the soup I was making. Now I know this happens but there were so many I threw it away. Also have noticed the prices are no longer so great. Our Wegmans & Walmart are either same and some thing are cheaper.
