I have bought my sugar free Sparkling frost for years on my food stamps as they are SUGAR FREE. I bought 2 Orange Mango, 2 Raspberry Tea Frost, also SUGAR FREE, and 1 Hawaiian Bagels. I tried to use my food stamps and it left me with a $2.74 bill. Nothing adds up to that. I asked why and the cashier couldn't explain so I had to use a credit card to by my food. So I am not happy also a B-Taxable item of .28 cents.

Went for Job interview at an Aldi…
Went for Job interview at an Aldi location. Wasted my time for an 1 and a half and tried to sell the store to anyone who wouldn’t be getting the job (store tour followed by a two question; five minute interview.) The reason they are able to pay their employees so well is because they only hire a few people to work at a time. More work= more pay. I will now never be buying from Aldi…ever. I don’t like companies that make a big thing about being “customers/employee first” and then really just have the same corporate structure that isn’t working. A grocery store is a business but it’s more than that…do better. Also where tf they getting their eggs from, anyone looked into that?!

Not a good store 😕
Poor quality. No variation of any kind. You buy what they want you to buy. No cards, Google, phone cards nothing. You pack your own. The bag 🎒 costs you money. Help is not knowledgeable of the store. The store is a joke. Bring quarters for the shopping cart.

During my visit, an employee treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner. When I stated that I intended to speak with the store manager about her conduct, she responded that she did not care if I complained because “nobody’s going to do anything.” This statement was inappropriate, dismissive, and conveyed a serious lack of respect for both customers and the complaint process.
I then contacted the store manager, Frank, expecting him to address the employee’s behavior and take appropriate steps to manage the situation. However, I was dissatisfied with his response. The employee went into the office and stopped working, and I did not observe the manager taking effective control of the situation or clearly addressing the employee’s conduct.
I want to distinguish between these two concerns. First, the employee’s rude behavior and dismissive statement were unacceptable. Second, the manager’s handling of my complaint did not provide reassurance that the matter was being taken seriously or that appropriate corrective action was being considered.
I respectfully request that ALDI corporate or regional management conduct a thorough investigation into this incident. The investigation should include the employee’s conduct, her statement regarding customer complaints, the manager’s response, and any available records or witness accounts from the time of the incident. I also request a written response explaining the outcome of the investigation and what steps will be taken to address the concerns raised.
I am not seeking special treatment. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and I expect customer complaints about inappropriate conduct to be handled seriously and professionally.

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER ON CUSTOMER SERVICE
When I first started shopping at Aldi's about 6 years ago, I was genuinely impressed with the products as well as the cashiers, as they were very efficient and courteous. Some things have changed over the years, and I don't frequent the store nearly as much as I used to. Once, an employee almost ran my daughter over with a pallet and didn't even apologize. She just said, "I beeped". I said, so that is how you drive? You beep and keep on running over the person? Once, a so-called manager would not honor the Aldi's policy. Another time a cashier argued with me over some broccoli I brought back to the store as it was sold after the sell-by-date and had gone bad two days later in my fridge. The once friendly employees must have migrated somewhere else. My shopping experience has greatly diminished because of it. I give credit to the few that are still providing good customer service. Some don't even acknowledge you when you're checking out, and forget about a "thank you, have a good day" Some still ask if found everything okay?" Also, if you don't say anything about the "Twice as Nice" Guarantee, they are certainly not going to give it to you.
