In store Palmdale, disabled person with service dog , harassed, dog harassed - company don't care. Read review in the store site for store 1333- Palmdale CA They need to change. Leaving for store with some morals and ethics. 30 years plus of business relationship gone.

This is the second serious issue we've experienced in a short period of time. Last month, an order arrived with expired food. Today, we ordered a 5.5 lb bag of dog food, but only a 1.75 lb bag was delivered. Despite receiving the wrong item, we were charged the full $31.63 and told that a refund may take up to a week to process. Being charged for a product that was never delivered and then having to wait for resolution is unacceptable.

A special thanks to Caitlin at the Albertsons Deli. 190 N. Boulder Hwy, Henderson Nv. 89015. She was very helpful and polite. Made my shopping experience very enjoyable. I will share my good experience with all my family and friends. Wish the best for Albertsons and the staff for years to come. I

Albertsons Safeway are so overpriced. All I have to do is walk down the aisles and compare them to Walmart . Today I needed a 10 ounce bottle dijon mustard. So I walked in Albertsons found the product. It seemed very high at 599 so I checked Walmart, which was 427 that’s $1.72 difference how the hell can you charge almost 2 dollars for a little bottle of mustard? I can tell you why it’s all the corporate big honchos they get their big bonuses that come and inspect all the stores and tear all the managers a new one. Usually the director knows of the week before, so they’re in a panic and the blood pressure is high especially the day of. When corporate walks in they don’t come in to compliment you they come in to look for little tiki Tiki tac , thing and tear the managers a new one for all the hard work they did prior them coming in . And what they do in between stores they go and have a nice big lunch on a company credit card. How do I know I worked at the company for 20 years and I dealt with corporate my boss would be under duress making sure everything‘s perfect. They didn’t care about overtime. They just need to start to look good. Then next week everybody’s hours would be cut. The best thing about Albertsons was getting to know my customers even being retired now, it’s such a joy running into my old-time customers that still shop there. With the cost of inflation if you need to save a several dollars go hit Walmart.

We went to Albertsons to order my niece her bday cake with her photo on it and boy did they deliver! It was so beautiful and completely edible. The icing was so pretty and the cake was soft and so good. She didn't even want to cut it because it was so pretty.

Albertsons just screwed their customers again. They changed their rewards system June 1st. They have removed the 1,200 points gets you a $20.00 off a purchase and now give $10.00 for 1,000 points, no warning. Made a special trip to the store to get my last 23 points just to find that it was a waste of gas and time. Blindsided by Albertsons. I'll be shopping at their competitors from now on.

Horrible horrible, the driver left my order in other place, two weeks ago and I haven't recieved the refund yet. I won't buy ever again.

There app doesn't load promptly. Sometimes it doesn't even load at all. Which I find off since their website works for the most part ... It's a shame the app doesn't function properly. Using that app would be more convenient and efficient.
