I have never been so upset from ordering online. I ordered groceries from Albertsons and I never received them. It showed the delivery driver picked up the order at 7am but it showed he never delivered it. I called customer service several times which no one could help me also I was transferred to the store several times and they kept transferring me to other departments which no one picked up. I also did the chat several times trying to get help no one could or wanted to help me. I finally spoke to someone in customer service and they said they would offer a refund in the full amount, this was on the 14 th today is the 17 th and I'm still waiting on my refund which it says it's under review smh, they took the money right away why do i have to wait for a refund that i never received my groceries for!!!!!!! They also said that I could re order and they would deliver for free due to the mess up which I tried to get but when I tried to re order they would not waive the delivery fee which I had to call again and do a chat. If this is how they treat there senior citizens it's no wonder why Albertsons stores closed. I have lung cancer and I'm not supposed to be getting upset but they way I was treated was horrible.

I ordered online pick up. They said the payment failed. I redid it. Both hit my account. I called the store. They said they’d put n “backend” paperwork. I called the preferred number on my “member” profile. It was changed? But it said it would transfer me and gave me a different number for the future?? I waited. Got an ai bot who transferred me and o a real person in the Philippines. Then I asked for her supervisor who said her headset wasn’t working, and was on a call center floor. I’ve worked call centers. Managers have an office. She did not. They have headsets that work. She did not. I asked her for her supervisors name. She said she was the highest it goes. On a recorded line, she said this. I asked again. She hung up. Wtf. I’d give a zero.

Given my hectic schedule, I frequently order groceries online for delivery--- often from Albertsons. However, the receipt from my recent purchase did not reflect the free delivery promo code that I entered during checkout. Subsequently, I submitted my concern via the Customer Support site and, not unexpectedly, have yet to receive a response. This slow-to-respond practice is enormously frustrating for and quite dismissive of customers--- particularly customers who have have been loyal patrons for decades. Moving forward, I am deciding to complete my online grocery shopping and delivery with companies that provide swift and considerate support to their customers. Perhaps Albertsons will rethink and abandon its drag-our-feet-until-they-give-up practice of extraordinarily poor customer service.

Was at the store on reserve in Missoula Montana today. I asked at the deli about the sandwich chicken that was on sale this week. After two employees who tried to give me fried chicken breasts because they were not sure what I was asking and barely spoke English, I then had a supervisor come over and tell me they had nothing on special. Well I should of went and got a paper cause they did have a brand on special this week. Pretty bad when the manager didn't even know. I Must add that after speaking to customer service they took very good care of my issue

I am beyond upset and disappointed by your decision to switch your prescription delivery service over to DoorDash and limit delivery to only ONE prescription at a time. This is hands down the dumbest operational move Albertsons has made. For forcing customers to manage multiple separate deliveries—or pay extra fees—for medications that should naturally be filled and delivered together makes absolutely zero sense in 2026. Many of your customers rely on delivery because they don't have reliable transportation, don't have family nearby to help, or are elderly and simply cannot drive. A pharmacy service should make getting essential daily medications easier and safer for people, not add frustrating hurdles. You are making it needlessly difficult for loyal customers to get their health needs met. If this policy isn't fixed or reverted back to a sensible delivery system, myself and many others will have no choice but to take our prescriptions elsewhere. Please reconsider this ridiculous rule.

Albertson new Brownies taste like Chocolate Flavored sawdust, please bring back the old brownies.

I am 75 years old I shopped there this morning, I was putting my groceries on the conveyor belt obviously not fast enough for the man behind me when he started bullying me continuously the cashier said and did nothing. I felt very unsafe and recommended for especially seniors to have self defense because store employees will not help you. Do not recommend especially for seniors

I like the Albertsons in Bend Oregon on Revere and 3rd. The cashiers are old and work hard and always nice to me. I go there for quick things because it is so close to where I live. I like the selection of cheeses, deals on food items.
