AlaskaCruises.comReviews of alaskacruises.com

Both Tammy and Janet were very informative and helpful in getting our cruise set up and "tweaked".

Lily was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you John Morn for organising our cruise in Silver Shadow. Fantastic customer service.

Elaine Henry was fantastic. She answered all my questions and was very thorough. She made sure I understood everything. Elaine spent a lot of time with me. Great job!

Angela was helpful in getting us signed up for our trip.

After initial contact (and deposit !) we have not been able to establish any further communication with AlaskaCruises. After the above review was submitted, we received a call within 1 HOUR from customer service ready, willing and able to address our needs. BIG THANK YOU for the changes you made! Looking forward to our trip. Tammy: Get Well. Janet: Thank you

Kathy Sussman, my travel advisor, has been very helpful and always responds to my emails promptly and efficiently.

Everything went very smooth with booking. Can't wait to get cruising!!
