AlaskaCruises.comReviews of alaskacruises.com

Roxanne and her associates were very knowledgeable, polite and responded promptly to our numerous inquires and concerns. I would definitely use this company again. Their patience was amazing. If they didn't know the answer they got us the information quickly.

elena was absolutely great, answered all my questions. She went beyond what most travel agents do to help. Would recommend her highly.

Easy to book. Good on line information. Helpful staff.

My travel agent was excellent! The cruise line detail itinerary information was hard to get. For me first time cruiser, i would have liked to be able to see times on that itinerary so that I did not have to keep calling my agent to find out some of the answers! She never complained, in fact, I joked with her that I was becoming her "favorite"(not) client. Becky Brown

our agent Tammy is knowledgeable, resourceful and willing to explore options to make our sea and land journey great. We receive updated communication from AlaskaCruises frequently. Hopeful this good service will continue throughout our trip.

Alena is so patient and helpful. I always look forward to working with her.

Had difficulty making reservation via phone Told no land space and would get callback Never did Ended up missing a better deal Went to web and attempted new reservation at higher price. That reservation was confirmed. Follow up e mails told to checkin. When attempted told too early. Attempted to select room and deck Told a could not do it because reservation was for gurranted suite 😂 This was a surprise. Wanted to be near brother who had been able to select room and deck.

So far so good!
